I’ve been on the 2Guys for 8 months now. I get 6-12 meals a week from them. I could not get better, more balanced meals if i cooked myself. And this is less expensive than making meals at home! Food is healthy and tasty, with lots of variety and menu rotation. I will be a 2Guys guy for a long time !

I just received a box full of meal containers from 2 Guys With Knives, and I have to say — I’m seriously impressed! From the moment I opened the package, everything was neatly packed, fresh, and ready to go. They were not only super convenient but also tasted incredible — you can really tell they put a lot of thought into balancing flavors while keeping things healthy. What I love most is that these meals don’t feel like “meal prep” at all; they taste like something you’d get at a high-quality restaurant. Customer service has also been excellent — professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do. Game-changer!

So far, I have found all the meals delicious. I thought I would get bored, but I have not. My only complaint is that salads with either lettuce, spinach, or coleslaw can get a bit wilted due to the water in them. The steamed kale is tough to eat. These are all minor issues for me though because the taste and convenience out ways those minor details. 2 Guys is my 4th try for food prep services and is the best by far.

2 guys With Knives has been a pleasant surprise recently for my weekly meal preps. The delivery is efficient and quite the Variety of meals to choose from their revolving menu every week. It’s a no hassle prepared meal that’s easy to warm up from breakfast/lunch/dinners and sweets options. The one thing I would say is some of the seasonings on the items have been inconsistent and also portions very over the same dishes I’ve ordered since I’ve ordered the past month every week.

I am absolutely blown away by the meals from 2 guys with knives. I ordered the 5 day plan and every single meal was delicious. Not just good, not just satisfying- truly delicious. Special shout out to the Caribbean Chicken and Lemon Pepper Basa filet which were out of this world. Prep is as simple as peel back lid, remove sauce cup (if required) then microwave for 3-5 mins. It comes out perfect every time. I would not have believed it was a calorie controlled diet, the portions are a great size and so tasty and well presented it is a highlight of the day to enjoy them. I am an ex military guy and now pilot with Air Canada, 5’11” and 200lbs and I have never been left feeling hungry after there meals. I have tried several meal plans during my times on the road in my work and this is easily the best i have experienced. They are also very good on customer service, keeping in touch and even personal marshaling to ask how you are enjoying the meals. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I started working with a coach in January, and for a month, he ordered meals for me from 2 Guys With Knives. I became such a big fan that I have continued ordering food from them since. I place an order approximately every 3 weeks and have enough meals to freeze some over time. They’ve taken the guesswork out of meals for me, provided amazing variety, and great flavors. I have lost almost 20lbs since the beginning of the year while also improving my strength. I am very grateful.

I wanted to like this company since they are local and convenient. However, their food ranges from mediocre to unedible. I gave them an honest try by ordering more than once in case one of the things I ordered wasn't my taste. I was surprised at all the 5 star reviews and wanted to leave a review so other people can be warned before they place an order.
Edit: After reading the response from the company, I am adding to my review. No one from the company tried to reach out to me. It's disappointing the approach they took to a negative review was to lie.

Unfortunately, after the first week, our enthusiasm started to fade. The meals began to feel repetitive, with similar flavour profiles across different dishes. One time, I received mashed potatoes that had a glue-like texture, which was quite off-putting.
The final straw was a meal from our second-week order. My partner finished it but the next day he ended up with what seemed like a stomach flu and had to stay home.
We love the concept behind this company, and we truly wish it had worked out for us - the convenience and health focus are exactly what we were looking for. But sadly, the inconsistency in food quality left us disappointed. We hope to see improvements and wish the team all the best.

I was a new customer ordering from 2GWK and my second order was stolen 1 min after delivery. We immediately contacted customer service to see what could be done about replacing the meals or getting a credit/refund for future use. I ordered a total of 14 meals and the company offered to provide 8 of the same meal because that's what was in inventory that day. I asked if I could order another day since I didn't want the same meal every day. The company refused to provide credit or a refund - I would have been open to a partial credit. I enjoyed my first week of meals and would have been a returning customer if they offered some flexibility. Instead, I will never order from this company again. Given the high chance of theft since their trucks are being followed, I would not recommend this company. There's many other options with better customer service. Bad business

We had a small issue that had happened and they handled it very well. We are now ordering for our lunches and dinners. 😂
