Possibly some of the best Hainanese chicken in Vancouver. The curry and clay pot rice are very good too.

Food is delicious, service is good, will come back again.
Waitress tries to upsell me the egg dumpling to be added to the claypot rice. All good, I get that small businesses have tight margins. It's the over charge of the take out containers that I can't stand. Waitress asked if I want soup for my take out. I asked her is the soup included (ie is there extra charge?) she said no charge, soup is included. So I said yes to the soup with take out. When I got the bill she charged me $0.5 for container plus $0.5 for bag. When I asked why, she said the $0.5 container is for the soup. Ok...that's blatantly deceiving customer when I asked her if the soup is free she said yes but apparently the container is not...
It's not really about $0.5 or $1, I can pay that. It's about how these people run a business and try to scam you for every dollar.
And by the way, the claypot rice is tiny, half the size of HK local ones and I can eat two when it's $18+ each without any salted eggs .
It's the GOAT. What can I say?
I really used to like coming here, but lately the quality doesn't really match the prices. I would say their clay pot meals are reasonably priced, but make sure to check the price of any add-ons or side dishes before agreeing. I don't mind the upselling and understand that living costs are going up, but saying yes to adding a single egg dumpling was an additional $3.50 for me and $24 for underseasoned pea shoots felt unfair :/
A vast variety of choices of Hong Kong style cuisines, a great place to visit in Kerrisdale. Food prices are reasonable too.
Came here with my family and ordered three claypot rice. They came in a timely manner and everything was so delicious! Service was good and my family enjoyed their meal as well.
Came here for the first time and it was a fantastic experience. Waitress was super nice and food was to die for. Will definitely be back.
BUYER BEWARE!!! $80 for 2 claypot rice and a stir-fried pea shoots that were’t even seasoned correctly. For that much money just go somewhere else… this was supposed to be a cozy family style restaurant, the egregious pricing is ruining it.

Not good. Service was passive aggressive and condescending. The server kept forcefully trying to upsell us, and made us feel awkward for not wanting to purchase the add ons. Noodles were bland. Clay pot rice was slightly better, but reaaally not worth the price (a small bowl of mostly rice and a little bit of meat for $20😀). The speaker was so loud and blasting in my friend’s ear. Oh and food took forever to come. I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt obligated to cuz it was so bad.
We came here during lunch we weren’t expecting much but oh my, the service was excellent we didn’t know what to order due that the menus it’s only letters, but if you’re wanting to try Chinese food this it’s the one, each bite was just great
Came here to try their clay pot rice. The clay pot rice was ok. Should cooked a bit longer to get the crispy bottom.
The service offered by one of the lady is awful, pushing people away from entering the restaurant.
Rice pot was decent, not too special.
