Great but if I'm in you guys don't comments any customer when they still in front or by side your order. Happen the girl did comment to her coworker and was very sad and no professional.
Coffee quality 9
Unfortunately the cup was smelling of a kind of perfume and take away my attention for the coffee.
Atmosphere sweet time , maybe isn't enough space between tables.
Washroom too bed is on the building ground floor and security ask ID.
Balcony very well organized with heating on the roof , ready for the winter.

We went a few times as we were renting a car. Its a bit cramped if you're trying to work and have bags with you but they have nice toasts before 2pm and old fashioned donuts 🍩☕ also try hibiscus iced tea!

You may be disappointed if you're expecting really sweet donut. The donuts here I felt very healthy. Latte had a high percentage of espresso than milk, so it had a quite bitter taste.

I came in for a coffee today and the front counter experience wasn’t great. The woman at the register was really cold, she didn’t respond when I ordered, so I had to repeat myself twice. When I said “thank you,” she didn’t say anything back or give me any friendly feedback (no smile or eye contact).
Right after me, she greeted the next customer (a middle-aged white man) with big smile and started chatting with him. Maybe they know each other, but the difference was hard to ignore and it made me feel a bit unwelcome. My English is not good but I think I deserve some respect. The barista who actually made the coffee was friendly.

Wanna pay over $5 for a designer donut … then get to the cash register and be told “we don’t accept cash”? Buh bye.
Meh, it's an after thought

Food was great
Service was terrible! Whoever served on Halloween morning between 11:00-11:30 was horrible to us. She was grumpy and rude. Although the we could let go of the grumpiness, the way she served our food was not at all acceptable, for the amount they charge this kind of service is totally unacceptable. As someone who has been in the retail customer facing end, I never dealt with any customer this rude. Let alone serving food.
Hope the company addresses this issue.

Im not from the Province so i had no idea that this was a franchise when I walked in. I was initially disappointed as I was hoping stick to local cafes. However, my Latte and doughnut was actually really good
