Took them 20 min to make my London fog.. Donuts are average. Won’t be returning, you can get your coffee or tea at any other cafe near by with better service.

A couple of years ago, I swung by the downtown spot and grabbed a lemon meringue donut, only to be disappointed – no lemon curd filling inside. Took to Instagram, tagged Lucky Donuts with some pics. They reached out, asking where I bought it, assuring me they'd sort it out. But since then, nada. No response, no apology, no comp. Even though it's been a while, the memory of their dreadful customer service still irks me every time I pass their store. Figured it's about time to share my experience in a review.

Great doughnuts but the coffee is a bit, odd tasting. In my opinion it has a burnt , sour taste to it.. not a fan. Love the doughnuts though!

The products are really good, I got a lemon loaf and a hot chocolate. But I can’t say the same for the service. The cafe is closed at 6pm, so at 5pm the employees put a very very loud music to make the clients runaway. I was in a important call and had to hurry cause suddenly the cafe became adisco club.

Imagine paying 13 dollars to wait 10 minutes to get a breakfast sandwich with wilted lettuce. Imagine no more, come to 49th parallel for the experience.

Great coffee and donuts, you won't be disappointed.Vegetarian options: They offer an assortment of vegan donuts.
I work in the building - really great food and drinks but I find the service is slow, about 2 mins per person and there’s commonly ten or so people in line during the

One the more busier places. The doughnuts are packed with flavour and a must try. Definitely would come back when in Van city again. Favourites are Vietnamese coffee Bismarck, and the salted old fashion.

This is a busy location, usually difficult to find a seat. I thought the pastry was good. But I have a hard time drinking their coffee. I find the coffee really sour, is it supposed to taste like that? I had their special latte and the sourness really overpowered the whole drink. I didn’t even want to finish my drink.

Wow! Had the bacon donut, which was super delicious and unique. Also had a flat white coffee extra hot that was done perfect.

Worth Trying.Pretty cool catch-all: donuts, coffee and breakfast. Coffee is par, nothing special, breakfast sandwich is very expensive for what it is. Donuts look good but pricey.Takes AMEX. Latte $5.10 Cascadia (Bacon and Egg) $13Not sure there's a lot of value here unless it's your daily coffee driver.
