Came in on a quiet late afternoon and had a delicious lemongrass chicken banh mi sub and pork salad roll. The sub was crispy and delicious, but absolutely packed with ingredients constantly spilling out; less would've been more here. The salad roll was well balanced and just as delicious though. The staff also offered a free bubble tea they're experimenting with, and gave me a peach green tea. It's not on the menu yet, but the toppings were fresh and the sweetness was just right (I normally order 1/2 sweetness). Worth trying out if they end up adding it to their menu.Overall tasty food at an alright price for the area. If I'm in the area, I'd come back again!

Quite good for a little shop on Broadway. My brother and I got the Lemongrass chicken Banh Mi (C1 I believe) and the Beef Banh Mi (C3 I believe), and they were tasty. My brother did however wish that there was more meat on his sub and less carrots. Could probably be less expensive but overall, we enjoyed them. Service was great and the woman was very kind.

The food quality does not worth its price. A regular beef pho costs about $18, but the noodles look like poorly made. The portion of the noodles is small filled with too much soup. Also the pho tastes…meh. The whole thing does not feel authentic. If it’s $13 a bowl, I’ll let that slide.

Very disappointing, the taste was really off, we couldn’t even eat it. Everything was soggy and not fresh at all. Would not recommend. We had the vermicelli with prawns.

Chicken in the pho tasted very bad. The broth was good and so were the spring rolls.

I love the feeling of this place : it’s quiet, it’s clean, it’s home made yummy Vietnamese food. The service is like in a restaurant, you can tell the owner is experienced and make sure everything is perfect. Love it. Like a restful place for a lunch time on busy Broadway.

Staff are nice but the food is very low quality. I've honestly had better Vietnamese food at a food court. Won't be going back and won't be ordering again. I can barely call this Vietnamese food.
OK - lovely server. Generous portion. Food was average. The chicken still had the skin on it and it was all dark meet. The side salad was fresh.

I ordered the cold cut bahn mi. One half of the sandwich was very spicy but decent. The other half had no spice, and tasted like extremely strong hand sanitizer and rubbing alcohol. I will definitely not be eating here again.

Amazing service! Four friends and I came here at 9 pm (an hour after closing), and the owner was friendly enough to open up for us and prepare dinner. She is the sweetest lady who gave us all complimentary teas! I definitely come here again during opening hours. This made my night and was a wholesome experience.
