Staffs here are the worst and most unprofessional, ignorant ones that need to be fired immediately for your own good. Turned back on customers and went to do their own things when they should help customer checkout. And they blame the customer to be the one who started the argument. Not surprising at all why your review is so low given such employees.

Every time you try to order anything from them online they call and say they have none of the items so you waste a half hour while they call but they never take the items off the website. Seems to me like they are actually just not wanting to fill orders and it feels like they are lying about not having products.

WATCH YOUR MONEY!!! The staff at this 711 CONSTANTLY try and steal my money and even knowing this they still do sometimes, so frustrating. I've even caught them doing it even worse to a few homeless people and noticed they really seem to target anyone that looks homeless really aggressively (etc)

Came in this morning to buy a pack cigs, and the guy at the cashier asked to see some ID. He scans my ID and tells me that it’s fake. I repeatedly tell him it’s not and that i used it at many places and never had any issues with it. I get it if it was expired or didn’t look like my pic, but either fix your scanner or hire people who can visually check ids

Staff is doing their best, trying to keep the shop clean, service is good! But there are many homeless people around, they also go inside. Last and the only time I was there, there was a man sitting on the floor, then he stood and took the forceps, he tried to “catch” fresh bread in the box.. I went away, but I think finally he helped himself with his hands, you know. Who knows what else did he touch, but I’d prefer not to buy there anything at least without package ..

I'd give this place a 1-star but I came here because I thought it would be better and more trustworthy than others and so when I occasionally visit a 7-Eleven, this is where I would be more comfortable. Until tonight.I arrived at 11:45 pm and the first place I went was to get a hot chocolate only someone had one of the machines open to switch ingredients I think so I walked the long way around to the other machine or would have if the same guy, seemingly oblivious to his surroundings, didn't walk in front of me, open a cupboard, and take more than a couple of moments to rifle through the identical-looking large packs of white stuff, maybe creamer. That was annoying.Anyway, I went to the machine he hadn't opened, selected a large cup, and tried to get the machine to dispense hot chocolate by pressing and holding the button, but nothing happened. I asked this same guy if the machine was working and he said "No" with an expressionless look on his face, maybe like I'd asked him a question while he was washing his hands in the bathroom. So I went to the food, if you can call it that. Everything except maybe the wings looked like it had been out way too long. The hot dogs had this dark, cracked look about them without actually being cracked, like the skin had discoloured that way. They weren't shriveled, they looked like they were ready to burst, like two-tone p*** weiners. The tubular wrapped things next to them, whatever they were, did look dry. But it was the pizza, the pizza, that looked very dry. The only thing moist about them was the pepperoni, and even it was crispy around the edges. The rest of it only looked like thin crust with pasty sauce dried onto it.Disgusting.The prices were bad, too. $13 for 10 wings? That's a $1.30 each. Why would I pay so much for so little meat? That's not a good deal. And if they were too lazy and stupid to keep their food fresh enough that it doesn't look worse than the stuff they give away at soup kitchens, why would I trust anything about this place? They dared charge $5 for 2 slices of pizza? This is 7-Eleven pizza. Only if it was fresh could it be worth this much. Maybe if the workers refuse to throw it out, they should eat it themselves. 7-Eleven shouldn't put their incompetence and contempt for customers on open display in their stores.I said some profanities loud enough for anyone listening to hear as I left.At a quarter to midnight on a Wednesday, even in downtown Vancouver, you might think it forgivable that their machines weren't working and their "fresh" food wasn't fresh at all, but I passed by two open nightclubs on the same block on my way home. If they eat from this 7-Eleven, they're probably going to wake up with an upset stomach, not just a hangover. Maybe 7-Eleven is counting on paying customers being drunk so they can blame the bad food on their drinking. Club patrons are probably better off throwing it up anyways.

Hey, is prime hydration drink available at your store?

Employees gossiping about customers in a foreign language. So weird and rude, and a strange experience.

It’s 18-July-23 , incident time in between 10:30 -11:30. In order to pick up my Doordash order, I headed to the store. When I requested for my order, the woman (with the nose pin) said with great discomfort and an extended silence that it was being prepared. She seemed unwilling to even respond. After a couple of minutes, I asked her "how long it might take" in order to organise my time for the other deliveries. She violently said, "If you can't wait, you can cancel the order and leave." She continued to argue with me infront of other customers and said she didn't care, adding that I could complain to the store owner and nothing would happen to her. Then I looked at the Google reviews and the statements above, and I discovered a tonne of complaints about the store's rude staff members. Additionally, she stated that she is the manager and she doesn't care about her job. I'm hoping that my comment will have an impact and the owner will educate her how to conduct herself at workplace with a great smile and empathy for customers. ?

Bought a hot dog. Staff is very friendly

The staff are friendly and it's pretty cool they have a bunch of Japanese snacks. They are priced higher than Japanese stores but that's to be expected, 711 is for convenience.

Frequently closes during busy hours for "cleaning" when there are tons of people waiting. Clean at 5am when nobody is there.

I used to like this location where I could grab a cup of coffee with sandwiches for reasonable prices. Recently, I had similar bad experiences at counter made me feel uncomfortable and not to go back there. They have a new mobile checkout system and I was refused to checkout by a lady at counter and asked to use the mobile one. I’m not complaining they educate customers on the new fancy system..BUT! Super frustrating when they even don’t give customers the right to choose options.
