I’ve been going to this Hong Kong-style snack shop since they opened, but I just wanted to take a moment to write a review. Located close to my home, it’s become my go-to spot for authentic Hong Kong snacks and premade dim sum. Their selection really captures the true flavors of Hong Kong street food. They probably have the best og bubble waffles imo. The premade dim sum is fresh, flavorful, and tastes just like what you’d get at a traditional dim sum restaurant. The staff are always welcoming and helpful. It’s super convenient being so close to home, and I always enjoy stopping by for a quick bite or HK style milk tea or lemon tea. Highly recommend this place if you’re craving genuine Hong Kong-style snacks!

852 Kitchen is a great local spot, but it’s more about grabbing frozen goodies to take home than sitting down for a full meal. It’s the perfect place for snacks or some classic Cantonese desserts.
One of my favorite parts? When you ask a question and they give you that look like you just asked the dumbest thing ever. It totally brings back memories of those old-school Hong Kong diners, where the staff had zero patience and even less sugar-coating.
Their take-home dim sum is a bit on the pricey side, but everything’s handmade at their flagship store. I think it’s worth it.
extremely bad service, rude and unprofessional behaviour from the lady. Ignoring your questions, they claimed they are Hong Kongese I don't think there is call Hong Kongese. Unfortunately, the experience fell far below the basic standards.

If you like the Hong Kong style street food, don't miss this family restaurant. There have only about 8 tables. It's the first time we try this restaurant. You have to read the menu then order and pay in the cashier. They will bring you the food to your table. It's a good deal if you make your meal into a combo with an iced milk tea or an iced lemon tea and 4 fish balls. The tea and the fish balls are good. I didn't try the bubble waffle this time but I am sure it is good. You may take a look of the frozen dim sum menu while you are waiting for the food and getting some good frozen food home.

I happened to walk in right when they opened today. The place was spotless and the aluminum foil wrapped on the bubble waffle machines were freshly wrapped. I was impressed with their cleanliness everywhere I looked. Ordered a bubble waffle, a milk tea, and a red bean with coconut milk dessert. The bubble waffle was perfectly done! If it was less browned, the aroma would not be as rich, but if was more browned, it would have been too dark. Great work! Will come back for more!
