Hi, I just want to inform you that, I had a very bad experience with one of your staff, the name called sahil. I used come and grab burgers. Today I ordered the masala veggie burger. The food was awesome but the customer service was very bad. He was so rude. Please teach him how to talk with the customers. I was so disappointed today.

This is the most disgusting A&W fast food I’ve ever been! I love A&W,but when I went in this branch ,the workers are holding the food with their long nails,I. Wish that they don’t allow with long nails holding the burger.or they should use gloves and hairnet.when using gloves,they should also avoid holding the food after they do the registered cash or holding money.they should use gloves before they hold the food.

I been there a couple of times with standard service and food. I was helped this time by Babandeep who went out of her way to provide me with an unique experience and excel quality of burger. No doubt way better than other AW burgers i have had

When you order to eat there, they give it to you as if it were to go, meaning they don't give you the drink in a jar and the potatoes in the small frying pans.

Small restaurant. Kept fairly clean. No public bathroom. Skytrain goes over the restaurant, but it's not that loud. Staff was nice and food came out fast.
