Staff are really nice and the food is always excellent. The atmosphere isn’t a 5 out of 5 but it’s not their fault. Sometimes a homeless guy will be sleeping in the corner. It’s the neighborhood. It’s East Van.

Quality has really dropped in past few months. I’ve had several visits where they don’t cook the food from the fryer fully. Soggy yam fries that are cold in the middle, chicken burger undercooked and not crunchy, or they leave out an ingredient on the burger. Not to mention flat diluted root beer because someone didn’t check the levels in the soda fountain. They’re so sloppy now. Sharp decline in quality combined with climbing prices this is my last ever visit.

After having an order we're meal and finish eating it and sitting at the table texting on my phone but please show up and told me the owner was kicking me out cause you didn't want my dog in there it was a service dog I felt that quite insulting they couldn't come up and talk to me they had to call the police on me it was embarrassing I'll never go there again.
