I usually go in that restaurant and i always got good meal from there but today i just went over there and one of the employee girl in grey t shirt rest of the staff was in red t shirts and she was so rude and she was starring me continuously and she didn't gave me fresh burger. It was my worst experience over there. We are spending money so its your responsibility to give us a fresh and healthy meal improve yourself.

The small chicken wrap took forever and the taste was a bit bland. Also, I ordered way before other people and they got their burgers before my order. Really bad explanation from the staff too. Will not go back to this branch.

Super slow service, they don’t care about their customers
This is a lovely A&W location, spotless and well-managed. The interior is fairly new and quite pleasant. The staff at the counter were very friendly, and it was easy to order. Such a novelty to actually speak to a human and get good customer service in a fast food restaurant!
The food was all prepared to order, so it took a few minutes while we sat at a table with our drinks.
And speaking of service, they even brought our trays to our table. It's been a while since that happened at a fast food place.
We had the Teen Burgers, and they are just what I am looking for in a burger: reasonable size patty, cheddar cheese, bacon, lettuce, onion slice, tomato, pickles, and good sauces. I upgraded the fries on my combo to onion rings for just two dollars, and they were delicious, nicely breaded and delicately crispy.
We definitely will be back.

Was short a few dollars cash in my pocket with my order and said I would have to cancel and order through the A&W app. They said not to worry and discounted what cash I didn't have. Was very surprised, got my order and came back a few hours later to give extra money. Wonderful service from this Alberni St location.
