Terrible experience,
So me and my friend visited there today the girl which was working didn't ever properly dressed (not wearing cap and hairnet properly)and was so rude. Didn't even know how to greet people with smile when i asked her to use washroom she refused that it is clogged while i saw a person coming out after using the washroom.

please teach the staff how to greet and talk politely.

Walked in here this morning, 2 girls standing around talking uninterested in being at work, I said hello, good morning.. And the girl stood there and stared at me for 10 seconds didn't say a word and I walked out.. Customer service was horrible.. How do these people get hired? Why would someone want to spend their money at a place where not even the workers want to be there?

Yet this branch deserves one!!!
Kudos to Nishan (based on receipt) and the Girl on the kitchen.. Nishan greet every customer going to the counter with pleasant voice. The girl in the kitchen make sure that the food is hot and fresh, -i forgot to take a photo on the food as its very appealing to eat right away.. Quality and freshness overload!!!!

Only concern is the unwanted tissues on each tables like it was been there a long time.. but other than that I am happy with this branch. Surely will visit again..

Was trying to use the public washroom really quick as I had to go and this was the closest place I knew that had one, asked nicely and got told it was customer only, said ok and walked and even the employee made a remark to what looked like shift manager that it wasn't a kind thing to do. They aren't entitled but it doesn't hurt to bend the rule especially when I wasn't even dressed like a bum.

I sometimes take my coffee break at A&W, and there’s a girl named Shanim (I had to ask her because she wasn’t wearing a name tag). Every time we place an order, she rolls her eyes, makes faces, and shows unprofessional body language. This isn’t the first time we’ve noticed it , her attitude is always the same, and she never smiles. I understand people having a bad day sometimes but not everyday. I myself worked in customer service , this is not acceptable at any times.

I know this spot is always hopping, especially during the lunch rush, but I lucked out catching a bit of a breather when I stopped by after work. Even though it was slightly calmer, it was clear they were running on a skeleton crew—I only saw one staff member tackling everything!

The star of the show was definitely Irfan (I caught the name on my receipt right!). He came out from the back and was doing absolutely everything: taking my order, prepping and cooking the food, packing it up, and handing it out. He was still juggling all of this as a few more people walked in, and his co-worker seemed tied up with the cash register duties.

Honestly, it was amazing to watch. Irfan was a one-man machine! He seemed so used to the pace that he handled the whole flow with incredible efficiency and without looking stressed at all. Shoutout to Irfan for his fantastic work ethic and for somehow managing to deliver great service while doing the job of three people. Clearly this A&W spot deserves better staffing, but then again, Irfan is a team himself!

The cashier took a lengthy amount of time to punch in a random amount to charge me which was much more than I was supposed to be charged. When I questioned the amount he unapologetically took another lengthy amount of time to charge me the correct amount. Wouldn’t recommend this A&W location

The picture speaks for itself but I will explain. You absolutely never stack two plates of freshly cooked food items. Cross contamination! I asked for a frosted glass, it wasn't frosted and it wasn't room temperature. I wander what critical control point that sits in.

I absolutely loved the A&W juice! Nothing better when added with a coffee for breakfast. I've had experiences at other A&W Restaurants which has nothing but great until here.

This is far below sub par! I'd be embarrassed if I owned this place! And no organic waste disposal......

I will not return as I have had burgers from there before and not once di I believe they are up to my own personal standards!

Nothing to do with the employees. It was very obvious they were confused and had trouble understanding. It starts with training which starts with the business owner!

Staff dosent knw how to take order. They didn’t even ask me which patty i want in my burger.
You need to educate your staff for order taking and being sensible and sweet. Never visiting again.

I just ordered this morning, and theyre too slow. for just a drink it took 10mins to be done. I think they are 3 staff inside. all they do is talking and waited for the other staff to finish change his clothes then do our drink. i dont usually give comments because i am once a crew staff too. but this is not a good service.
