A&W on Dunsmuir is ridiculous they spend more time socializing than working there was a guy behind the counter clearly not an employee all standing around socializing not paying attention to customers a guy ordered coffee and there was none ready I tend not go that location cause they are slow the one in Pacific centre is much better and faster

Constantly canceling uber eats orders (happened 3 times). Sometimes I've arrived with when it says the order is ready and their machine will be down and they wouldn't be able to make it/had to wait 10 minutes(happened twice). Today had to argue just for them to realise my order actually was ready. Usually wouldn't write a bad review but this is now 6 times my uber eats order either been canceled last minute, got confused by the online order, or their machine was down. Just frustrating

I believe the staff is supposed to wash their hands after touching any coins or bills. The staff prepared food right after handling cash without sanitizing their hands.. So GROSS! Easily noticeable that the high-touch surfaces and floors weren’t properly cleaned.
