Gave my order 3 times loud n clear and they still got it wrong and forgot 2 orders of fries, where i had to pearl and go back for my missing food. At this point, don't even go to work lol geez. Sorry but this job is not for you.

Dirty. If this is how they keep the seating area, I don’t want to imagine the kitchen and the bathrooms. Food was fine, service at par, but… If there’s time to lean, there’s time to wipe down the condiment station and sweep the floor.

I didn't catch the names of the women that served me but I was there today, just now, and had the most amazing customer service from these two ladies at the drive thru. I drove away smiling at how pleasant and accommodating they were. We don't have many people left in the service industry that show up and smile despite the world being so cruel.

Went to a and w this morning . Ordered a sausage and egg mcmuffin combo with a extra hash brown. She charged me for 2 hash browns. I watched the cook in the back put three hash brown's in the heat rack . . Girl at counter only puts 2 in bag . And I tell her there should be 3 not 2. 1 with combo and 2 at extra charge. When I only ordered 1 extra. This person looks at me like i did something wrong. She tried to rip me off a hashbrown at a cost if 3 $. Then outs ut in a bag and slides it across yhe counter .Also got the sausage and egger wrong . I wanted English muffin but gotten a hamburger bun. Absolutely disgusting service. Restaurant was trying to rip me for 3 dollars. Never going back to any a&w ever. Check your order every time you get something

Went for late night poutine after a concert. My routine was like soup was leaking so badly that it gor all overnme and the car. Fries were undercooked. Worst routine ever.
