Food was ok, but I think there's a serious hygiene concern. The woman who made the burger was carrying a bucket and noticed there was an order, dropped the bucket, grabbed the buns and paddies with bare hands (no washing, no gloves), dumped them on the table (no trays/papers on the table), and continued with making the burger all bare handed.
They took out that stupid Pret display case that was taking up all the seating, but instead of that long cool row of seats for bros (construction workers), there're just three tables in that area.
I like the fact that you gotta be buzzed into the bathrooms here. There were way too many individuals messing things up before.
Overall, it's kind of a minimalist brutal A&W that's very busy, with a deep and desperate feel to it.

The cashier wasn't in the mood to assist. The root beer spilled all over, and the mug was completely stained because of it. I understand it's just a drink, but a simple "sorry" would have been appreciated.
