Ordered take out breakfast and they only put in ketchup. No jam, butter and didn’t even ask. Thanks for 4 toasts with nothing to put on.

Food serving is way below other A&W stores. Wait time is half an hour even without customers. If you decide to dine in, make sure you can finish the meal cause if you ask for a small pouch for fries, you pay 25 cents. Staff (6) were in the kitchen doing nothing. The store is spacious but has an unpleasant smell. The bathroom is untidy and smelly.

Ordered delivery: burger and a shake. They hand write a note explaining that they were out of shakes and gave me a sweet cream drink instead. Whoever wrote that note is the sweetest person! I'd like to promote you to wait staff at a restaurant. You definitely deserve a raise for such thoughtfulness!
