I have been to this A&W many times, and the service has always been exceptional. The staff have always been kind and welcoming. Even during busy times, when they are doing 10 things at once, everyone is so organized and kind to each customer. Thank you to Khushnasib, Celest, Mark, and others that have had my order started when they see me coming! You are awesome.
Dietary restrictions: Everything I've ordered has been completely customizable and I've been accommodated every time.
Wheelchair accessibility: The counter is low enough to be reached from a wheelchair, and there is plenty of room to sit in the food court, which A&W is located inside.

Customer service is extremely poor. The girl at the front with glasses doesn’t even know how to take order politely and how to say thanks . She talks in a really arrogant and rude tone. And arrogantly sliding the food on the slab is the way of giving orders here. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Yesterday, I visited this branch and I was quiet impressed with excellent food service. I don't know exact name but I remember just name Khush.she really helped me by letting me know the ingredients of Mama burger because I am allergic to mustard and pickles. I am so thankful that she alerted me before I ate the burger which is one of best point of good service. Also, she gave me fresh coffee with proper cream and sugar. She was an example of perfect service with proper knowledge about menu and their ingredients. I really appreciate .

Everyday customer for 2 years now, usually when I come around to the place the girls know me not by name but my order which I can appreciate, which usually I get good service but last night I don't know if it was a new hire or simply an employee with an attitude problem, first order I got was inaccurate (coffee two sugar, two cream, known nation wide in Canada a "Double, Double" I received two cream and no sugar. Upon returning as I usually do I repeated my order for the refill as previous and current staff had told me to do, the attended was not there for nearly 10 minuets, audibly talking in the back of house and then as I said "refill, double double" she cut me off saying "yeah, yeah" and rolling her eyes...
