We came for lunch on a weekday at 11am. The food came out super fast and it was well made. Price is a bit steep but it is what it is in this economy.
Service was amazing. Someone else had touched the coke that I had ordered so they were kind enough to make me a new one without me even asking. They keep the place clean and they are really nice and efficient.

Today this A & W went down from 5stars best to Zero stars worst , Broadway & Willow location, in Vancouver, BC I ordered a cheeseburger and another customer returned her cheeseburger back to the woman behind the counter, because she wanted it with no cheese. She (customer) had opened it to check what was inside. The A&W woman put it in the warming tray, and then handed the returned burger to me as my order!! I was watching and this was the SAME returned food the customer touched and breathed on!! She wouldn't make me a new fresh one. The returned burger should have been thrown in the garbage!! Very ignorant employee and unsanitary to do this, and an easy way to catch the flu or anything else. Im also contacting A & W head office about this. This employee should not be dealing with the public. Also, when she forcibly handed it to me by putting it on the counter, I asked where my bag was and she said I didnt buy one! I had it right on my receipt that I paid for a bag. This is NOT how to treat customers plus I'm sure re-selling returned opened burgers is against health regulations! Rating is Zero stars now!!!!
