Poutine was dry, sandwich is basic as always, it took forever to receive my mobile order. Wasted a solid 15 mins of my time for a deceiving 20$ burger with no cheese and a disrespectful poutine.

I just stopped in to grab a teen burger combo and upgraded to onion rings cause they are normally my favorite! Today, my teen Burger had only 2 sad pickles, slices, and only 1 slice of bacon every other time iv ever had the teen burger It had 2 slices . My onion rings have absolutely no seasoning, which, let's be honestly, that's the best part of them . The restaurant was super quite 1 other couple figuring out what they were going to order I wasn't given a receipt and didn't realize how sad my combo was until I was home tried calling 5 times, but there was no answer and no voice mail. I am extremely disappointed, especially for how much it costs!

This A&Dub is run well. Employees all seem on the ball. Feel for them at times when dealing with crazy homeless in the area but they are always professional.
Not once have had any problems with the food or the food orders.

Not only is the staff lazy, they are also liars. We ordered pick-up through UberEats which would be ready in 13 minutes. We actually got there after 20+ minutes and not only was the order not ready, there were no other customers and the staff was just chatting. They said two more minutes, which was a fat lie (probably to make it seem like they were already working on it) because we waited another 15+ minutes for TWO burgers and TWO fries. After all of that, they still got the order wrongā¦..
We were headed somewhere and thought fast food would be quick - big mistake ordering from here. Iāll make sure to avoid this location.

We wanted to feel healthy, so we ordered a lettuce burger. It might sound sad, but it was surprisingly tasty! There were quite a few lettuces and they were fresh and crunchy.
Of course, the root beer in the frozen jaršŗ was going to be good!
The place seemed to be quite clean.
It was not busy on a weekday afternoon.
Sometimes, they might be a homeless person hanging around at the entrance but not a big problem.
I had one awkward interaction with another customer, though, not a big deal either.
Sunil helped me with my order, just loved his customer service.

Best A&W Iāve been to. Nashville Chicken sandwich and fries are top notch. Meal was served on a metal tray with a mini metal fryer basket for the fries and a frozen glass mug for the drink - this used to be standard but seems pretty rare at other locations these days. Staff were friendly and the place was clean, including the washroom.
