I am the most annoying customer because I don’t normally eat fast food. I have a lot of questions and find the video menus unhelpful. I went in after a doctor appt across the street. The place was BUSY. Many people were waiting. Behind the counter was a very efficient, pleasant and competent woman. Ripman didn’t just smoothly process the orders but she worked swiftly, cleaned between customers and exchanged pleasantries with people I assume were regulars. She helped me figure out how to get chicken and tomatoes on a lettuce bun and notified me there would be a 5 min wait.
I’ve been an executive and hiring manager for 30 years. I was so impressed with her drive and calm demeanour. I would hire her for anything because people with that inner drive can be trained to do anything. If she is not already a manager there, she should be. It was a breath of fresh air compared to at least 12 other people her age I have had to terminate.

We had 2 Teen combos with Onion rings and a Churros. Service was polite, professional, excellent and served with smiles. The food was well prepared, fresh and tasty. The presentation was done properly. We’ve been to places where it was obvious the preparer couldn’t care and the end result looked like slop. Congrats to the girls at 777. Awesome job.

Wasted my lunch break waiting for my food that came out wrong. If you're going to have people run the till, make sure you train them. Won't be visiting ANY location again. Sick of the nepotism and poorly trained workers.

Poutine was dry, sandwich is basic as always, it took forever to receive my mobile order. Wasted a solid 15 mins of my time for a deceiving 20$ burger with no cheese and a disrespectful poutine.

I just stopped in to grab a teen burger combo and upgraded to onion rings cause they are normally my favorite! Today, my teen Burger had only 2 sad pickles, slices, and only 1 slice of bacon every other time iv ever had the teen burger It had 2 slices . My onion rings have absolutely no seasoning, which, let's be honestly, that's the best part of them . The restaurant was super quite 1 other couple figuring out what they were going to order I wasn't given a receipt and didn't realize how sad my combo was until I was home tried calling 5 times, but there was no answer and no voice mail. I am extremely disappointed, especially for how much it costs!
