I work overnight on a nearby stablishment. Not always but most of the time I drop by and take some snacks and spend me time for about 20 to 30mins. I always have a pleasant time except for last night 12 Dec 2024. The cashier doesnt serve well and very unhygienic. She just move fast fast fast and not paying attention to the quality of service she need to provide. She dont ask if the customer want thier order to take To go are dine in. She dont even ask if we need the receipt of our paid purchased items. Her attire is very unpleasant and no grooming at all which is inappropriate in a food and beverage industry. My ordered Onion rings are burnt. I am hoping more training for this team member just to continue the good credibility of A & W.

I love this A&W location here in waterfront station 🚉 its got lots of seating areas both indoor and outdoor , wifi , good food and drinks , staff /service is great , quality of the food and verity of lots of options to choose from including vegetarian options, love its location is at waterfront in this beautiful historic building in the hussle and bustling area of one of the biggest transportation areas of the city

A and W is by far my favorite chain burger store, organic , lettuce wrap. Only request is to default any sugary sweet drink to small as size so population with have less sugar and use cane sugar for root beer. Also co sider not to see bottle water by simply have water in a cup free for all customers.

Good thing there was only one customer infront of me and she only ordered one burger because that alone took like 10 mins wait. The staff are extremely slow.
After the wait she started mopping instead of taking my order and then asked me if I wanted to order something mid mopping. I felt like her question was a joke so I said yeah I originally came in to order food but now I think the food might be dirty and left.
If they are this disorganized and lazy in store front I don't trust how they prepare the food in the kitchen.
Also it smells like pee in the store.
