When I walked into the shop this afternoon I found the air in the room stuffy and had a strong greasy smell. The management might need to put efforts into improving the air circulation.

They ran out of the sauce my friend wanted. She’s very sweet and flexible person so she chose a different sauce but I could tell she was disappointed. It was for a sandwich this place was heavily advertising at the time.
The food was ok. I wish ordered the classic root beer float. Oh well!

i was a little worried at first with all the negative reviews but my 2am sunday aw run was perfectly fine. lady who took my order was nice. food was great too

One of the worst pieces of customer service I have received in my life. Refused to offer me a cold glass for a sit in root beer because - “the dish washer is broken”! I could see the glasses in the fridge and I’m sure they have running water and soap plus the place was dead. I insisted on a cold glass given that it is A&W’s signature offering and the server proceeded to pour it with absolute contempt. Unbelievable.

I really liked the experience of the A&W and the front counter guy (Wearing blue T-shirt) was very friendly to me and my group as well. He was really helpful and nice to his customers in the morning. I loved the breakfast he made. Thanks for the experience.

The A&W branch in Robson is one of the best, located in the heart of Vancouver in a very convenient location and easy to get to, the burgers always taste great, the fries feel fresh and crispy, the only thing I have to emphasize is that Both times I've ordered orange juice it tastes bland, like it wasn't mixed properly. Apart from that everything is very good
