The burgers are great, especially for fast food. Fries are fine. The lack of ice cream for root beer floats was a big disappointment. Maybe floats just aren't big with Canadians?

There is an Indian girl working in this store, of course she works in the afternoon shift; I don't know what my problem was, but when I picked up the customer's order, I noticed later that this lady had given me a negative review on the Uber Eats app, and without any reason, there was no negative review, even though I had waited for about ten minutes for the order to be prepared. I guess this kind of employee cannot keep customers happy. Thank you

We haven't dined here yet but have been ordering frequently from here for the past few weeks through Doordash. The menu of this A&W location seems to have more options compared to the other locations near to us. We love the Spicy Piri Piri Chicken burger, the Nashville Hot Chicken Cruncher burger, the Beef Buddy burger, to name a few. A&W is perhaps the best in the junk food category, considering the taste, portion, and price.
Thank you to Anmol for being so patient, kind and understanding. He is so thoughtful and caring with his job! Love him. So thoughtful and kind. Sandee was so patient and attentive as security. Hardeep and Jasmeen are amazing cooks. 11/10 recommend this A&W after the bars.

I’m a big A&W fan but today I was shocked when I visited Granville store. No person at counter, I waited for someone to see me and come at front counter, the staff was cold in response but the height was one lady opened some bag of meat not sure if it was chicken or something else and picked some stuff from it for frying, after that she kept that bag in freezer/cooler drawer which first she tried to close by push of her knee, it didn’t close, later she tried with her hand but bag was full may be that’s why it didn’t close and to my surprise, she left that cooler/freezer drawer open. I was in the store for about 5-7 minutes but throughout that drawer was open and unattended. To authentic my review please check cctv video around 10.05pm to 10.20pm on sep 01.
In violation of BC regulations they don’t allow patrons to use the bathroom. Embarrassing.

My experience here was horrible the seating was dirty, the staff were inefficient and unhygienic they did not use the gloves when making the food. We ordered 2 spicy habanero burgers and the meat was yellow and not cooked properly. Definitely not coming back and do not recommend this to anyone.
