I ordered a combo with a signature root beer and the person serving served me a completely flat root beer. It was disgusting. I only got a sorry and had to choose another drink. The customer service is the worst as the person knew she served me a flat root beer. This location needs to be further trained on how customer service works!

Walked in 5 min before closing desperate for food. They were so nice and served us even though they were clearly close to wrapping up the cleanup and going home. Very kind and generous! Thank you

Had a problem with the app causing me to make the same order twice but the manager was very friendly and helpful with refunding one of the accidental orders. Food was great as always

First of all, I live in this neighborhood 15 years alrdy. I like this A&W location since beginning. I’m shock how customer service turn so bad recently. This morning, cashier keep a w/e face through whole ordering process. No smile no thank you at all, surprisingly this cashier is a shift manager, named Navjot if I remember correctly. Her rude attitude happens to the next following customers even, while all of us were polite please and thanks her after finish ordering. Anyways, just sad to see a place I used to like becoming like this. Food still good tho

Food was great. Good kids menu. Fast, friendly, clean. Definitely an above average fast food experience.
Shop too small, not much seats available, strong smell of detergent made me uncomfortable.
