Worst place to work ?.Work with salesh snd his assistant harwinder before .They are so rude nd their behaviour with co workers completely unacceptable I still remember I shared my experience with the owner but why they don’t care about their employees situation :(

I had a truly appalling experience at Aw Burgers. I discovered mold on my sandwich, which was not only unappetizing but also a serious health concern. When I brought the issue to the staff’s attention, their response was nothing short of outrageous. Instead of offering a fresh replacement or a proper apology, they simply removed the visible mold from the sandwich and handed it back to me. This kind of negligence is unacceptable and demonstrates a complete disregard for customer safety and hygiene. While the front-line workers were friendly and polite, this doesn’t excuse the shocking lack of proper food handling and customer care. I will never return to Aw Burgers and strongly advise others to avoid it to prevent a similar disturbing experience.

Coming from USA, I always thought A&W was a must to have in Canada. I have had A&W in Calgary about 3 yrs ago and had A&W years ago in high school on a branch in the Philippines. I had good memories with this fast food chain but the food is now different. It seems like a regular burger with nothing on it. The poutine fries seemed inedible for me. I have had fast food but I would never try A&w again. I am not sure if its just because it is within the food court and the other A&W establishment is much better.

The customer service I experienced today (August 8) was disappointing. I've been coming to this location for the past four years without any issues. Typically, I receive excellent service and enjoy the food. However, today's visit fell far short of my expectations.

At around 13:05, I ordered a Chubby Chicken Combo and requested extra onions, tomatoes, and spicy sauce in the burger. The girl serving me not only entered the wrong order but also didn't seem to be paying attention and lacked any friendliness.

Even after I corrected her, I still received the incorrect order, with no tomatoes or spicy sauce in the burger.

Unfortunately, I didn't have time to return my order and ask for it to be fixed since I was on my break and couldn't afford to wait. So, I just ate what I was given. I don't understand why she seemed to be in such a rush, especially since there were no other customers in line behind me.

I get that she might have been having a bad day, and working in a fast-paced environment can be tough, but it's important to serve customers properly and not ruin their experience.

I usually come to this location from stadium chinatown during my break from work because there is no other A&w near that area but today as I came in, The Indian girl at the front (cashier) declined to switch my burger on the coupan with other burger ( price being the same for both the burgers) as I have allergy issues, other locations happily accept the request but she said ‘ this location doesn’t do it. But the price I would have paid was still the same for both the burgers whether she would have made one on the coupan or the one I requested her to make.I requested her ‘the price is same, could you please do it’. She replied ‘ Doesn’t matter’ in a very disrespectful tone.She lacked sense of understanding and appreciation towards a customer.

Its been a week I went there I asked the staff can you customize my order she was like yes we can do that but unfortunately when I checked my order it was not what I was supposed to be then I went back the girl who took my order was not there A&w manager was there her name is Harwinder she disrespected me and was rude with me and specifically she told me that my order was too low standard and don’t do this order again with us and other stuff she was behaving with me as if I have committed a crime andwho is she to decide I am well educated and well settled here in canada she didn’t have any right to say anything its been more than 2 times she was rude and disrespectful to me she didn’t know how to give customer service she is manager and she didn’t know how to deal with customer I will not go back there ever again and kindly who is the senior manager of a&w in pacific centre teach her some manners.

this 5 star is for the service. i worked in Pacific centre for 3 days and the staff at A&W made my lunch experience so better by treating me so well i am not a big A&W fan but they helped me to choose best for me. Really appreciate you guys.

The manager at A&W doesn’t know how to talk. I had some issues with my order and asked for manager, she said there is nothing she can do. I mean why are you manager if you don’t know how to fix mistakes? The worst customer service by the manager. Will never come back here.
