A&W Canada

A&W is the best of all the fast food spots IMO and the Pacific Centre location is my go-to. The staff are always friendly and quick, even during the wild mall lunch rush. My order is always hot and tastes fresh — they get it right every time. If you’re in the PC Food Court, this spot is it! Try the Mozza Burger - it is elite.

Recently stopped by at Pacific Centre location, wow! This was a complete shock from the amazing and vibrant A&W that we know. The new renovations are dull, dark and completely out of touch from the classic A&W that was there before. The menu screens are dimmed and the cold metal and uncomfortable counter space is not working out at all. Not so excited to stop by, and may choose different location next time. I still can’t believe what happened to the kiosk location that was so welcoming. Regards and good luck.

The bugers we ordered came up to 19.82 only burgers, not the meal. I would have been fuller if I seen tht I could have ordered the Mama burger meal for 8.99 the same price I paid for chubby chicken burger alone.

Disgusting. The burger was cold, not even warm, dry and overcooked. They obviously just made a bunch of patties ready for orders that just sat there. Bun not toasted, cheese not melted. They just slopped the order together and didn't care about even serving something half decent. No ice for the root beer. Not well run at all.
Its fast food but its not supposed to be complete garbage. Have some pride owners and train the workers properly.
Next time I am in the mall, I'll go to Cazba which makes fresh, ready to order kebab.

Another ball over the left field fence!!!! This A&W was spot in with my expectations. Great food quality and presentation! Service, well it couldn't have been better! Those international Canadians definitely have hit the mark again!

But the food court need device charging stations as our phones are also potentially the first line, life saving devices!

I came today around 1:30 pm the two women employees there were very nice and patient with me and with a smile. The masala burger and the fries are really good, the value for money is satisfactory!
