I usually come to this location from stadium chinatown during my break from work because there is no other A&w near that area but today as I came in, The Indian girl at the front (cashier) declined to switch my burger on the coupan with other burger ( price being the same for both the burgers) as I have allergy issues, other locations happily accept the request but she said ‘ this location doesn’t do it. But the price I would have paid was still the same for both the burgers whether she would have made one on the coupan or the one I requested her to make.I requested her ‘the price is same, could you please do it’. She replied ‘ Doesn’t matter’ in a very disrespectful tone.She lacked sense of understanding and appreciation towards a customer.

Its been a week I went there I asked the staff can you customize my order she was like yes we can do that but unfortunately when I checked my order it was not what I was supposed to be then I went back the girl who took my order was not there A&w manager was there her name is Harwinder she disrespected me and was rude with me and specifically she told me that my order was too low standard and don’t do this order again with us and other stuff she was behaving with me as if I have committed a crime andwho is she to decide I am well educated and well settled here in canada she didn’t have any right to say anything its been more than 2 times she was rude and disrespectful to me she didn’t know how to give customer service she is manager and she didn’t know how to deal with customer I will not go back there ever again and kindly who is the senior manager of a&w in pacific centre teach her some manners.

this 5 star is for the service. i worked in Pacific centre for 3 days and the staff at A&W made my lunch experience so better by treating me so well i am not a big A&W fan but they helped me to choose best for me. Really appreciate you guys.

The manager at A&W doesn’t know how to talk. I had some issues with my order and asked for manager, she said there is nothing she can do. I mean why are you manager if you don’t know how to fix mistakes? The worst customer service by the manager. Will never come back here.

One of the worst A&Ws in Vancouver. This one is located in a food court. For some reason I assumed that it would be better, but I was wrong.I ordered a habanero chicken burger meal and there was like a small hair on it. I went back and they gave me another one. The lettuce on the second one they gave me was wilted and had brown spots all over it. On top og this, their fries didn’t taste fresh. They were fairly cold.You won’t catch me eating here again.

A&W is awesome and the best fast food joint across Canada. I used my app discount for a dollar coffee, super great value for a semi good cup of joe in a really convenient location.A&W do need to up their game when it comes to plant-based milk options IMO.

I ordered a kids pack, the burger in it was good. But on the menu screen it said the kids pack came with a burger, apple slices, & more. I received french fries, a lollipop, and my burger. I went back to return it and get my apple slices and others, and they said they don’t have it at that location. But then why is it on the menu??? The food was good though!

I have been periodically eating at this location for at least 10-15 yearsIt doesn't matter what time of dayif they are open and I walk up to the counter and they know my OrderOne Double Buddy, double cheese no grilled onions just a slice of fresh onion,never have to ask, they just make it fresh everytimeAnd that's what I call personal friendly service...I will walk blocks to eat at this location and honestly I have never been letdown or disappointed....Thank you A&W Canada...

We ate a delicious meal as a family and the staff was very kind. Overall I would recommend it as it is cheap and delicious. Would recommend for people who are hungry and don't know what to choose from in the area.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian burger options
