My friend wanted to make an order of onion rings and they denied us service, we all looked at each other confused especially because we have seen the staff here multiple times. One of them even started taking pictures of us leaving us clueless with no explanation as to why they refused service it was a group of 4 of us and we had to go to McDonald's instead.

I went there on 21st of September and oh my goodness was I shocked will be an understatement. A guy on the front named CHARANJEET (mind you guys I specifically learned his name) went to the washroom and his hands were as dry as desert and I could tell he didn’t wash his hands. Came straight to the kitchen and made my food. I wanted to puke right then and there. Who made him supervisor in the first place? He doesn’t deserve a job at a fast food restaurant where cleanliness is the first priority. My stomach ached so bad, I got a checkup and it turns out I have food poisoning. Let’s not forget about the dining area, there were flies. The guy is nasty and lacks hygiene. Not just that, I called the store before visiting and nobody picked the call. Poor hygiene, nasty service, and let’s not talk about the attitude while serving. Am I gonna be refunded for the food and the entire week I had to be take off from work? That guy doesn’t deserve this job. AB ventures better fire him before I call the food and safety.

On September 24th around 2 pm, thank you to the girl at the cashier. She recommended the crispy veggie burger to me and I was very satisfied. She was also very friendly and energetic, I loved it.

I can't help but crave an A&W burger if I'm hungry but most of the time since the food service and preparation have changed, sometimes I change my mind not to order because the food preparation was awful no food quality especially the French 🍟 and the drinks. I'll try again and I'm here to share my experience for the food preparation.. The French fries were so small and old and the root beer tasted water the burger wasn't hot. I wish the owner of A&W would visit the restaurant.
Not a good burger this time. I've ate a&w for 60+ years. The 'New burger' is now a ready pressed medium hard patty not tastey either..

Except for the fact Tim Horton's and I go back 17 years, when I started my non-family-related career as a Tim Horton's team member, this is definitely one of my favourite eating establishments. Were I able to obtain secure employment here, that would be the icing on the cake. j/k It also helps this location is within walking distance of my apartment.
