This location gets pretty dodgy at times but the food was typical of a&w. I really like a&w myself. The location needs an update though, it looks pretty dodgy and dirty inside and there's lots of sketchy people that go in and out of this location. The service was okay but not to the level that I'm used to at most a&w locations

The worst A&W on earth. Steal cold food... Constantly messing up with orders... Staff don't care about anything but making their pinchy money... This place needs to be shut down for good.. All bad experiences on my end from this location doesn't matter if it's takeout or dine in, the stuff just doesn't care.. I'd like to see a health inspector walk in there and see what they think of this place. Stay away from this location.I know she likes stalel.. cold food most importantly bad service.

The staff here are champs. They have to deal with raving mad men off the street on their own in between taking orders and serving customers. Despite this chaotic environment and stressful people they must consistently deal with, the staff are always polite and professional when helping customers. The food is hot and fresh and the place is relatively clean considering the location. Surprisingly, this A&W location is not a bad place to grab food all things considered. When I dine in, I expect actual ceramic plates and metal utensils, and food that is cooked. What I got for my all Canadian special was uncooked bacon, wooden utensils that broke repeatedly and a paper plate. If your employees do not want to wash dishes, they should not be working for you. If your employees do not like handling pork, they should not be working for you. If you do not want repeat business, keep hiring useless people, as I'm not going to be trusting eating at any a&w now.

I got uber delivery, and when i received my order they added things into the mozza burger that was not supposed to be in there. Actually wasn’t even a mozza burger because there was no veggies.
The burger patty was drenched with hot sauce, ketchup and mustard,no tomato or lettuce was in it.
Whoever did this needs to be fired immediately.
