Today I had my breakfast around 8am in this store. When I left I forgot to bring my lab top. It is such a serious mistake. When I aware of this it is already 5:40pm. I phoned the restaurant. The staff is very polite and helpful. She told me her colleagues found it this morning and kept it safely for me. I am so impressed. They are all good people. I have been visiting this A&W for more than ten years. It is the best A&W I ever tried in Vancouver and I will continue to be one of their faithful customers in the future.

After getting home with my take out order, I had to come back not once but two times in order for them to get my order correct...until this annoying and waste of time experience I have always enjoyed coming here. They did not seem to care and basically told me I needed to be more clear with my order...which I was both times

Great franchise, food is always fresh, fries are always crispy and ready quickly. Staff is also very friendly and kind.

The staff are always friendly- especially with the children. Staff are even attentive with seated patrons when they’re not too busy. Food-price values are great with coupons and the new reward program. On some days kids may even get a balloon! Thank you for being a wonderful A&W location :)

I really appreciate this branch. The most fresh burger, fresh fries that I have ever tasted compared to other branch of A&W and a supervisor Milani it’s so accommodating and friendly. I hope all the branches are the same just like your branch.

Out of all the A&W restaurants, the Champlain Mall location is the best one I’ve ever been to. They maintain the cleanliness of the place really well and all the staff are very nice and friendly. Good lighting in the store brings positive atmosphere. Fast service and food is always hot and fresh! I will definitely come back because on top of the excellent service, everyone’s joyful attitude is contagious!

Heyy!! I was so surprised and shocked. Also, I was upset because the front people were doing mop and they really made a mess by spreading water. I was almost about to fall. Can't you do this kind of things when the store is closed??? Especially the lady was giving them instruction instead of taking order and instead of bagging my order. She made my day very bad. Also, my food got cold. Never want to come in this store again. There were 2 more costumers with them saying almost same thing that why they are flooding the store so badly.. I asked them to put review. So upset now😣
