What an amazing experience i had today. Burger was fresh and hot, employee name Abhishek did a great job by suggesting and that made it easy to order, greeted me and my friends well, we had an amazing experience. Surely i will come back.

If I could give A&W at 1399 Main Street zero stars, I’d borrow stars from another galaxy just to subtract them.

I don’t know what unholy ritual was happening behind the counter today, but whatever A&W served my mate was NOT a coffee. It was a crime scene in a cup.

Ordered: coffee with milk and sugar.
Received: a hot cup of sadness brewed straight from the abyss.

No sugar.
No milk.
Not even hope.

Just the bitter, soul draining flavour of someone who clearly clocked in today purely out of spite.

The barista must’ve looked at the order, shrugged, and said, “Yeah nah, too much effort,” then proceeded to hand over a drink that tasted like it had beef with us personally. I’ve had more comforting sips from a tyre fire.

My friend took one sip and instantly looked like a man who’d seen the end of humanity. The coffee didn’t just taste bad it tasted angry. Like it wanted us to suffer.

Honestly, if this is the quality A&W is putting out, I’d rather drink the water from the bottom of a month old bong. At least that has some flavour profile.

A&W, please:
Put the milk in.
Put the sugar in.
It’s not a hostage negotiation.

This coffee ruined the morning, the mood, and possibly our trust in the beverage industry as a whole.

A&w makes awsome vegetarian burgers and love thier food/ drinks in general , this east Vancouver location is small its located at the entrance to the skytrain on the west side section of the main street skytrain sation , thought staff was decent ( this location unfortunately is standing room only why I give atmosphere a 3 star rate ....thier other location at Pacific centralStation across the street has inside tables/ seats but it closes early compared to this location .....i definitely recommend the Pacific central location overall best location for the area but this location is good too when on the go for food or late night eats type ) yes its got wifi , NO washrooms , its 24 hours location witch is awsome

Jasleen is such a sweet worker. She is amazing with costumer service Everytime I come in she has a big smile on her face. Just wanted to say this definitely give her a raise!
