I was craving some comfort food today (one of those days), and breakfast food is my ultimate comfort food. I went through the drive through around 12pm, and I had requested something that is usually only available during breakfast hours. I also asked the drive through staff if I could have my eggs over-medium. The drive through staff took the time to get her manager, who then took the time during a busy shift to explain why they can't make my eggs over-medium.

I was pleasantly surprised when I got home, because I saw they actually tried to make the eggs over-medium. It warmed my heart that they tried anyways. I truly appreciate the kindness.

I'm sorry I forgot to get the names of the individuals. The drive through staff, and the manager I spoke to were both South Asian women, and I ordered just before 12pm, I believe.

lovely staff, best poutine out of any location! my only complaint is I wish there was a tip jar, thank you for always satisfying my midnight cravings

Order two mama burgers with bacon and no mayo. They added the mayo and then said the white stuff in the burger is a special sauce and not mayo. The east Indian staff and manager then both got together and stated its a special sauce but could not answer what’s in it, argues for a refund

This place is gross. The lady took my order and didn't even wash her hands after she touched the screen. That's gross and unprofessional. Used to like it here. Not anymore. Such a shame

Please change the staff here, service was very poor they didn’t give any ketchup with fries and the quantity was also very low . Please don’t waste your time at this location .

Went for a classic A&W milkshake only to find out they don't serve them AT ALL!

I was disappointed and sad, however figured no worries I'll enjoy the classic A&W Root Beer Float, once again... NONE!

THESE ARE A&W STAPLES!
So sad, so I just enjoyed an apple turnover instead... At least that was there, fresh and tasty. We also enjoyed some lemonade and that was lovely.

Please bring these staples to your location!
People don't know what they're missing out on!

It's not that the food wasn't good. Rather, they ponded off an old cold breaded chicken breast. The poutine was actually okay. However the hot Nashville chicken sandwich was disgusting. They served an old piece of chicken. And when complaining about the order. I finally got my money back. Don't waste your money. Honestly next time, I'll take it to corporate.

Terrible place, I ordered some hot cakes, they heated them up and threw them on the plate, terrible presentation and flavor, nothing like the image, terrible bad service.

I visited this location today, the customer service of the team was awesome, cashier was very polite and communicating, the service was great and fast as well. And it’s not only first time I’ve visited this location, I’ve been in this place before as well and was dealt like same in my every visit. I really recommend going at this location.

I mean, there wasn’t an option for zero stars; otherwise, I would have chosen it. The staff is incredibly rude, and I wonder how the management team is not considerate about this. On June 24th, at 9:05 AM, I asked the lady at the cash counter if I could use the washroom as it was an emergency and very important for me at that time. Not only did she rudely deny my request, but she also constantly and deliberately argued. I didn’t find it worth arguing with her, so I just asked her to consider what she was saying. I mean, women demeaning women. Wow, isn’t there enough hate in the world that using a washroom is such a big thing or a favour? A&W, consider who you’re working with.
