Good service by kabir. He is always smiling and greeting guest in a very good manner. I will visit again in the store because I am impressed by kabir.

Friendly staff. Quick Service. nice talking staff(Kabir). not a lot of people, a lot of seats are available. Atmosphere is nice is bright and it feels nice to sit down in the terminal

My visit to this A&W was extremely disappointing .I visited this store few times before but this time employee named Viyapak” using her phone while preparing food, and even touching her face , then continued handling food, which is completely unacceptable and unhygienic . On top of that she was only the one not wearing a hair net and speaking rudely to her coworkers and with me too. Management should act and see this matter. Never visting this store again.

I just want to give a big shoutout to the amazing staff at the A&W inside Pacific Central Station! Every time I stop by, they’re always friendly, welcoming, and working so hard to serve everyone quickly — even when it’s super busy with travelers coming and going.
The place is always clean, the food comes out fresh and hot, and the service is consistently fast and polite. You can tell the team really cares about doing a great job and making sure customers leave happy.
Thank you to all the staff here for your hard work and great attitude — it really makes a difference and brightens up the station! Keep it up!

You'd think because this place is a fast food restaurant, the staff working there have done Food Safe courses. They were making our order without gloves on. One of the staff was handling money, then assembled our burgers without washing their hands. Disgusting. And the staff said that they aren't required to wear gloves. 🤮

I visited A&W via rail recently and was disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. The dining area did not meet basic hygiene standards, and to my shock, I actually saw a mouse in the dine-in area. This is unacceptable for any food establishment, as it raises serious concerns about food safety and sanitation. I hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues, as the current state is far below the standard expected from a well-known chain. the worst store in Vancouver

I come here all the time , Everyone has been delightful . The food they make is delicious . There excellent people . This is ,in my opinion , the best A&W in British Columbia , pretty much the best in Canada because of the awesome people that work at this location . 💯%

WORST EXPERIENCE!! We were connecting our devices to the plug and they told us to leave the place because we only ordered 2 coffees and 1 churros!! We only have 30 mins!! Can you believe it!!!
