Every time I place a mobile order they don't start it till I arrive

They didn`t clean their trays up. So they had not enough trays for the customers, and they prepared my meal as take-out even though I ordered my meal as for here. The worker on the count did not receive the order no matter how many people wait in front of the count. He looked like could not concentrate at all.

Instead of doing a small upcharge for swapping my fries they just charged me for extra fries and I got my food last after like 6 customers.

The staff here were amazingly kind and helpful, and the food was great! I stupidly left getting food until the last minute better my bus ride and they were kind enough to rush the order for me, and still did a great job. These employees are 11/10 for service!

The A&W in the train station is a great place to have a tasty and very reasonable meal. The staff are very professional and full of easy smiles that improve the meal immensely. I still love the root beer in the large frosted mugs. The food is always great no matter what the choice. A thoroughly enjoyable place to eat.

Love the staff here! Manpreet and Ranvir always greet us with a smile and super friendly service. Food is always great. Definitely recommend this. I come to this location for lunch, which is actually further than the other location at the SkyTrain station, because it's worth going farther for!

Manpreet always makes my visits special! She goes the extra mile and always has a warm smile on. The rest of the staff is similarly amazing. There is another A&W closer to me, but I always go to this one instead because of the outstanding service!
