This restaurant is such a gem! The atmosphere is cozy and intimate and the service is genuinely warm and attentive. We went there to celebrate my birthday and they went the extra mile by surprising us with a small ice-cream “cake” and even taking a Polaroid photo for us, such a thoughtful act that made the night extra special.
The food was flawless. Though the menu isn’t large, every dish is clearly crafted with care and intention. The sablefish was a standout. It melted in the mouth yet still held its structure beautifully without being soggy. Every vegetable on the plate was cooked perfectly, no filler or mediocre sides. All details are well executed. Portions were very well calculated too, filling without being overwhelming.
We absolutely will come back.

Restaurant was exceptionally clean and appreciably decorated. Sablefish and duck were perfectly cooked, with the fish being buttery and the duck without any notable gaminess. Even got a nice little polaroid photo taken of us! Will be back.

This restaurant never disappoints! The food is superb, we keep coming back. The ambience is great, cozy, calm and intimate. This is the first time however that service was a bit lacking, maybe they were short on staff or did not have enough time to train the waitress. Overall, we would happily come back for more of their delicious refined cooking

Excellent service, excellent food! We went to Absinthe Bistro to celebrate a birthday, and our lovely waitress brought out a Polaroid to take a picture of us, which was gifted to us inside a card after dessert. Lovely touch.
Such a hidden gem. The food was amazing and priced reasonably. It felt like I was dining at a Michelin star restaurant.
