Excellent service, excellent food! We went to Absinthe Bistro to celebrate a birthday, and our lovely waitress brought out a Polaroid to take a picture of us, which was gifted to us inside a card after dessert. Lovely touch.
Beautiful food, good wine list and attentive, professional service. We had a down to earth honest, delicious meal and a great experience at absinthe. We will be back. This place is a gem

The food is superb, we keep coming back. The ambience is great, cozy, calm and intimate.
This is the first time however that service was a bit lacking, maybe they were short on staff or did not have enough time to train the waitress.
Overall, we would happily come back for more of their delicious refined cooking
