🤢We live in this area so I,v tried most of the coffee shops around. This is the weirdest customer service I’ve seen, I came for a brunch with my son on a wheelchair, he ordered a beef sandwich that was literally stiff like a plastic he told the guy and he just said “Yeah it is” ????????

I adore Aidan's. The coffee is great, the treats are amazing, and there lunch menu is well crafted and goes above your standard coffee shop meals. The staff at the West Hastings tower are always lovely and so cheery. I appreciate all the hard work and effort they put into everyone's experience at Aidan's!

Croissant brekkie didn’t taste good bc I think it used Parmesan cheese instead of Swiss cheese like anywhere else. It tastes off. Latte is lovely!

Very basic chain style breakfast but good and fresh quality. Besides being basic, it is in a hotel lobby, not cafe style and not cosy.
We had ice latte yesterday and whole milk cappuccino today. Coffee is amazing, well balanced We had a croissant with mango filling, amazing and a doughnut with raspberry filling, amazing as well I would love to come back when we visit Vancouver again!!

More than a coffee shop! Large food menu, perfect for a nice breakfast and lunch! The brekkie bagel is very good, they allow substitutions if you want to make it vegetarian. The breakfast croissant is also good, very large! Everything is fresh made in their kitchen in the back! The chicken sandwich is a good lunch option.
As for coffees, they have decaf as well as matcha and London fogs and other unique options. Alternative milks available.
The wait time for food can be lengthy specifically with rush hour for lunch but the service for drinks is quick. There is plenty of seating in the building lobby with small tables and chairs.
The location is inside the office building in the lobby on the right.

Edit: appreciate the quick response from the owner. While I was still disappointed by my meal, glad to see there is interest in positive customer experience.
Had heard good things about this spot but was sadly disappointed. Ordered a Taiwanese chicken rice bowl: the rice was overly wet and sticky, the chicken was too saucy without being particularly flavourful, presentation was lacking, and the service was indifferent at best. At $15 plus tax and tip you can do better for lunch in the area.
