Went here for a friends reunion after our most recent Japan trip. Feels authentically Japanese. Delicious rice and the assorted Sushi set has omakase vibes. Always look forward to coming back here.

Japanese Owned Sushi Restaurant situated in a smaller complex away from the busy main strip. The service was friendly and attentive. Sushi and sashimi were fresh and great quality. More of a traditional shop rather the usual sushi chains with oversauced sushi rolls. Highly Recommend if your in the area.

Everything was absolutely delicious. Each set was thoughtfully prepared, and if there were any seafood items I couldn’t eat, they were very flexible and happy to replace them. Communication was smooth and friendly throughout the meal.

The chef paid close attention to the guests and made sure we were enjoying every dish, which made the whole dining experience feel very personal and attentive.

The food was excellent — especially the nigiri sushi.
I could really taste the freshness and craftsmanship in every bite.

Highly recommend!

tried & true! a real gem in my neighborhood. Always get combo B, it's so much food for two people and so good! Prices have gone up quite a bit since the pandemic but still decently priced. Fish is always fresh. Authentic place

Got takeout and thought it was just okay. Not the biggest fan of what we ordered tbh. I found that a lot of the rolls were too salty Would be willing to try again though, maybe next time more than just rolls and also dine-in.

Less Than One Star — Here's Why
Based on my personal dining experience, I have to give this place less than one star. Let me briefly explain why this restaurant doesn’t deserve a good Google review.
I came here last night around 7:30 PM and asked the staff about the last order time. He told me it was 8:30 PM. I wrote down my name for dine-in, and after waiting 20 minutes, I was seated. I began ordering about 20 minutes later.
Their special menu is misleading. It claims you can order sushi or sashimi by the piece for certain fish. But when I tried to order sashimi, the staff told me I had to order a minimum of 3 pieces, up to 6. That’s $5 per piece—meaning I’d have to spend $30 for six pieces of sashimi without a proper meal. Do they think I’m a fool?
I ordered:
• 2 pieces of red tuna
• 1 piece of hirame
• 1 piece of kanpachi
• 1 piece of uni
• 2 pieces of tamago
• 1 tuna roll
The sushi was delicious, but when I got the bill, the uni was listed at $8—even though the menu said $6.50. I asked the staff about the overcharge, and she blamed it on “spoken English” confusion, saying the chef used high-quality uni, so it cost more.
The dining hall is small and narrow—not suitable for hosting guests or gatherings. After this experience, I will never spend money at this black-market-style eatery that seems more interested in ripping off hardworking customers than offering a fair dining experience.
Come experience it yourself—if you dare.

Legit sushi place in Vancouver. All the fish tasted fresh and could bite into its texture.
I enjoyed the chopped scallop roll and tuna nigiri the most.
Picture include combo cc, ikura salmon don, bluefin negitoro roll, house dynamite, chopped scallop roll.
