Insanely delicious! Avocado toast with “egg” and “bacon” is bomb. Beautifully presented, so fresh and tasty. The space is cozy and inviting. Love that it’s plant based. Best Saturday morning brunch spot !
This was the first place we came to check out when we arrived in BC for a vacation and it was the one I looked forward to the most because of the name and what it stands for, Animals Matter. Damn rights they do! I love the concept and clearly it's really popular, the place was full and people were coming and going nonstop throughout our stay there. I had an issue tasting the bacon that got drowned out by the rest of the food on my croissant, but the staff are amazing and...
Tuna melt sandwich did not taste like tuna but was absolutely delicious in its own way.
Coffee unfortunately was a miss- horribly bitter and pasty (didn’t know oat milk can curdle?)
Would definitely come back to try other food creations, but probably not the coffee.
