Best ice cream in the world
We always stop here for the gelato!
Just amazing!
The service was great. It cost about $8
Mango & Matcha Tea. Great portions
The washroom looks too outdated and not clean. I didn't dry my hands because there were only the old-time cloth hand dryers which looked nasty to me
Delicious, butter pecan and the raspberry sorbeto
Their gelatos are really good.
I think this one it the best in Vancouver I really love it
An extensive variety of flavors to explore, including those seeking vegan and dairy-free options. They also serve good coffee.

Expresso flake ice cream is soooo good. Daughter had lemon sorbet and she loved it. Friendly staff. Quick service.

The greatest options are the bars in the factory seconds freezer! Always different options and cool new flavours to try.
I’d avoid the scoops!

I like coming here for a good tasting ice cream. Usually get the matcha and kids like the mango sorbet. Their cookies and cream are great as well. Overall flavours are enjoyable. Always take a few small tubs for home enjoyment.

Very bad costumer services..we will not go again with my family.sorry
We could not try any flavours until AFTER we commited to what we wanted and paid for it. This was a silly move because ALL of us ended up getting single cones when, if we’d been able to sample ice creams, might’ve gotten doubles.
AFTER we’d paid for our single ice cream cones and had sampled a couple of ice creams, we were told we could not sample any more— two samples was the limit! No, there were no signs to this effect. No, they did not mention this as we began sampling. We were cut off when we were just getting started! Now, I’m not one to take advantage of samples— I’m guessing i may have had maybe six in total, to actually decide which of the 72 i wanted to have. Nope, only two.
This was the silliest ice cream experience I’ve ever had. I’ve never been to an ice cream shop proud of its wide number of flavours that will not let you try them!!

What a weird thing. Is it only me? You can only try/sample the ice cream AFTER you pay? This was very off putting and created a really weird vibe for our group (4 kids + 4 adults).
Why not limit tastings to 1 or 2 per person?
Ice cream was good. But we won't be back.
