Amici Miei Italian Restaurant

Whenever my mom comes to town she asks that we go here. The food is exceptional - the flavours are authentic, the portions are plenty big enough, the service is fantastic. It's a wonderful hidden gem in the West End, and I definitely intend on going back with my mom (and maybe on dates, too!).

These folks know what’s good. The decor and music made me just slightly little sceptical at first, but the food and service were fantastic. Both ingredients and technique were top notch. I’ll be back soon!

Pictures do not do the food justice. The new owner from Rome came out to talk to every table and cooks all meals herself. The bolognese was one of the best I've add. The service itself was very slow. Be patient. It's worth it. The free bread more then makes up for it and is baked in house.

Wonderful! The server was excellent, my meal delicious. BUT. the tiramisu was UNWORLDLY. Haven’t had its equal in decades (and even so, this experience was better). Even in Italy, it can hard to find the *real* stuff: This is it!! Questa è stata la prima volta in 25 anni che mi è piaciuto il tiramisù. Non ci posso credere: Ne sono innamorato!

Absolutely authentic Rome home style. Spaghetti is unbelievable hand-made on site. It is bit longer waiting but the taste makes it worth of. At the cozy friendly environment , you have home feeling with quiet and exquisite service. The chief went out to check our feed back and explain how she made our dishes. We will definitely back with friends who must be food lover.?

what a hidden gem of a restaurant in the area of Stanley Park along Denman Street..absolutely authentic Italian.. generous portions of really delicious and tasty food.. friendly atmosphere and such a warm welcoming..cozy atmosphere.. a must Italian cuisine restaurant.. in the evening at the entrance to Stanley Park there are spectacular views at this Beach Avenue and Denman Street a short walk from the restaurant..

By far the best restaurant for home made Italian food This restaurant never disappoints have been there 4 times in the last year One of the dinners was a business meeting and the executives loved the food The atmosphere is warm and you feel like you are in Italy

Being a local, have dined here several times. The plat principal was excellent, as usual. However the anti-pasta for 2 was meagre, unimaginative and over priced. The service was overly crisp; evidently a new recruit from Rome.

Lovely little restaurant with lovely staff.the food was amazing I had spaghetti bolognese my wife had a pizza with caprice. Would def call back and would recommend a visit.
