Today I have received the worst service in my life. When I reminded the waiter, that I was waiting for my coffee for around 15 min and it was not even preparing, I have received the rude answer that he was "busy", however, there were no customers except us. I was shocked by the tone and register of the answer. This place is dead for me after two years of being the customer.

I was a regular customer for about two years. However, today I received an extremely rude attitude from the barista. The cafe was empty. I made my order and waited for around 15 minutes. When we asked about our coffee, I got a reply that he's very busy, but what surprised me was the tone. The way he behaved was rude, loud and aggressive. When we left the place after dining, the barista was mocking us and shouted something at our back. This was the last time I went here. It is sad when good places turn to garbage. Unfortunately, this sort of "service" makes the great coffee taste disgusting.

Without fail every time I have stopped in to pick up a muffin, or an almond croissant or anything else I've ordered, I have been really pleased with the quality and care that goes in to the food. It's delicious! The staff are very friendly and are quick to serve you at the counter. If they will be a minute they will let you know. They don't ignore you until they are free. For me the almond croissants are out of this world. I do not hesitate to recommend this little cafe for a quick bite and coffee if you're on Davie Street or nearby. Excellent place.

Bought the carrot cake today and it was disgusting - dry and stale as all the oil was soaked up by the paper lining. The service was friendly, however watched as one of the kitchen staff ran their bare hand through their hair and then proceeded to make some poor blokes sandwich with no gloves - gross! Looking around, it's certainly not the cleanest coffee shop - will take a hard pass on this place.

Great products and phenomenal value. Tried their egg and avocado croissant sandwich and a breakfast bagel. Both were delicious! Loved the options of different sauces. Coffee was really nice too. Definitely way better than a lot of the more expensive cafe's around.
