The menu changes every six weeks or so, depending on what’s in season, and that’s part of the fun. Every visit feels like a new chapter, but with one constant: their brioche bread to start. It’s my favourite thing on the menu and they keep reinventing it in the smartest ways. Soft, warm, indulgent, and honestly worth the reservation on its own. This time jt was a cheeseburger.

Creative dishes, tight execution, and a team that clearly cares about the details....

Honestly one of the best meals I've had in my life. A dinner like this is a rare treat for us, and they made it special. Staff was attentive and welcoming, the food was amazing, it really was a perfect experience.
