I had the chef’s menu and every dish was delicious and beautifully presented, but it wasn’t too memorable. They have two wine/drink pairing lists (one is around $90, the other about double that price), I had the cheaper one and it was good but also not memorable. Overall, good food, great service and a very pleasant experience.
had an incredible experience at AnnaLena in Vancouver. The tasting menu was outstanding—each dish beautifully balanced and full of creativity. The drink pairings were just as impressive, elevating the meal without ever overpowering it. On top of that, the vibe of the restaurant is spot-on: warm, modern, and energetic with great music that adds to the atmosphere without being distracting.
But what truly sets AnnaLena apart is the service. It was genuinely next-level....

The menu changes every six weeks or so, depending on what’s in season, and that’s part of the fun. Every visit feels like a new chapter, but with one constant: their brioche bread to start. It’s my favourite thing on the menu and they keep reinventing it in the smartest ways. Soft, warm, indulgent, and honestly worth the reservation on its own. This time jt was a cheeseburger.
Creative dishes, tight execution, and a team that clearly cares about the details....
