Came for a birthday dinner with a group and had an exceptional experience. The wait staff was very attentive and kind, specifically our waiter Arvin (hopefully I remembered his name correctly). The appetizers were delicious, the tenderloin main was cooked perfectly, and you couldn't go wrong with the dessert menu. Will most definitely be dining here again.

I came here for the weekend Brunch price is $72 with tax. I tried a lot of different items on the menu. You can look at my photos to see my rating of each.Item I tried and my thoughts. I thought this experience was definitely worth coming too. For a special occasion, but not something to come to all the time. The atmosphere of the restaurant doesn't seem that fancy to me.They do not have any particular good views. The brunch is a little fancy, but the presentation is very elegant.Some of the food is better than other food.

We stayed at The Fairmont Waterfront and had breakfast and dinner at The Arc Restaurant. In total we had 3 meals (2 breakfasts and 1 dinner) and each time the service and quality of food was amazing! I would particularly like to recognize Julie S. whom was our dinner server. She’s was absolutely incredible! My wife’s steak came out a little over cooked. And she immediately made sure to make it right. What could have been an unfortunate meal turned into one of the best dinner experiences we’ve had in a long time.

Truly terrible experience. 1.5 hour wait for our main courses and we had to ask for them to bring them out. They arrived cold. The smash burger patties were laughable. One smash burger and one frozen patty from Costco so two different style patties. Garden salad was wilted, ravioli was salty, mash potatoes tasteless, short rib was cold and unappetizing, cauliflower tasted purely like cumin. Lots of excuses and zero reasonable explanation for delays, lack of service and disgusting meal. The restaurant was also not busy.

We tried their weekend breakfast buffet and upon arrival at our table, the floors were dirty with food, crumbs, and the booth even had a small piece of bacon and some grease. We were very disappointed in this hotel and restaurant, as that's not something I expect from a nice hotel. We didn't sit at the table and requested they clean it up before we could be seated. We spoke to the manager, Lauren, and she was apologetic and said she'd personally clean it herself. She then comped our kids' breakfast meals, which was nice of her. Our server was friendly and pleasant. Despite the rocky start, the food was overall good, and given the manager's quick response, the overall experience turned out to be okay.

We went for the Bottomless Brunch and it was fantastic! The menu format with the small bites and shareable plates was ideal to try so many delicious dishes. The food was all absolutely wonderful and our server, Millan, was the shining star that really made our experience outstanding. Millan was so friendly, warm, sincere, charismatic and professional. I hope the property sees her and rewards her abundantly! She truly made a difference, they're lucky to have her! I'd go back to ARC in a heartbeat.

Disappointing. We were sat right away and initially my impression was very good. Water was brought out immediately and cappuccino order was taken. Coffee was delivered swiftly. Almost 20 minutes later - after unsuccessful attempts to get the attention of our waiter - we called the front desk to request the bill as it was clear that we were either forgotten, or not a priority. Not at all what I’ve come to expect from Fairmont establishments.

We don’t often go to hotel restaurants but thought we’d try this one out. It was good, didn’t elevate itself in any particular way but it was nice to be near the water, live music and a very spacious setting.
Used the Amex FHR benefit here which includes included breakfast, but have to say this; even if I had to pay for the breakfast, it would have been totally worth it. We’ve stayed at some of the best hotels around the world and the breakfast (and OMG, the service) here is right up there with the best of them. Can not think of one negative thing.

I always love my time at ARC. The staff are amazing and the food is always good. Sometimes it's a bit loud but if you ask for a quieter spot they can usually accommodate. Special shout out to the servers who are always personable, authentic and professional. The food is always excellent and the wine list, while quirky, you can always fines something.

The tomato soup & grilled cheese was so good - great comfort food. Our server Baba was so pleasant & just made our day. Anyone who gets her as their server is extremely lucky.

I start with the server , Baba, who was stunning . Such a nice friendly lady to start . Atmosphere was great, very clean , modern and stylish. The breakfast was very good, the main was served by server but the sides were self served which was new to us. Another surprise was the main was bottomless as well which was surprised to me .
