Simple, good tasting food with great service!
I love this place. First their coffee is surprisingly really well balanced. Their shellfish bisque was superb. Super umami. And their pancake would be probably top 5 I ever had (top one still the ricotta pancake at the B and B at the Virginia beach ). The braised short ribs benny was great also.
Great good - I had the breakfast sandwich and the strawberry rhubarb pie and both really hit the spot. Food came out quick and my coffee cup was never empty. Friendly folks in an unassuming exterior. Would highly recommend for breakfast, best in the area! The atmosphere is very casual, friendly, and cozy
Good diner style restaurant

Loved the food, vibes, and music 🙂
This is THE OG breakfast place in Vancouver. All delicious offerings, great vibe, and you can even take some of their homemade soups home with you. Love it. Go early.
Friendly vibe, great service, diverse menu.
The beef stew was amazing

Really great burger! Everyone working was extremely friendly and helpful. Very cozy atmosphere. Will definitely be coming back again, highly recommend!
Walked by so many times and never had a chance to try until the past weekend. We went for brunch around 9:30 and it wasa full house. Luckily someone was leaving so we only waited 5 minutes or so. We were seated in a booth and serves were attentive. They took our order and food came out pretty fast. I didn't realize that the entrees come with a complimentary soup. had the lentil soup and it was delicious. A great way to start the meal.
I had pancakes with duck confit and the duck was tender and easily came off the bone. Pancakes were fluffy and everything went well together. My friends had the short rib eggs benedict and it looked good. I had a piece of the shirt rib and it was ternder. Overall, food was good and service was quick. The prices are a bit higher but they do have more unique dishes and portions are pretty good. I'd come back again if was in the area.
Underrated gem in the neighborhood, everything made in house. Great prices, and friendly service.
Argo Cafe is a staple in the neighbourhood! The perfect family oriented cafe and everything you want from a breakfast/lunch diner!
We are 4 ppl family standing for more than 20 mins. We can see a table available, but nobody cleaned it up and served us. After they cleaned up the table, they let 2 table of ppl who came after us to sit in first!!
Made me feeling that they don't care our business. Bad service!!!
