This place was such a great surprise. My friend took me here and I was not let down! She ordered the beef stew and I ordered the rock fish š I am not a big fan of stew but my friend let me try it. Wow Wow Wow was it delicious. I ordered the grilled rock fish. It was seasoned perfectly and melts in your mouth with little flavour bursts. Don't get me started with the homemade soups you will only want to eat their soups as your starter and main meal. Soup flavors are out of this planet. You have to come here, excellent place to eat.

We found this little hidden gem after our session at Tality spa and having the food here after was so great. Itās nice to see a small business like this still around after so many years.
Seafood chowder was great and my wife lived her salmon dish.
Larry are server was very good and had some pretty funny jokes and humor.
We will be back for sure!

I almost didnāt want to make this post because I donāt want the place to be too crowded. Amazing duck confit! (They pair it with different sauce on different days, so check the menu before you go.) The owner (Uncle Kirby) is so funny too.

Quite a busy space, which is good news and makes sense. The foods great, the owner works hard and always has a smile.

Awesome local spot. Best damn chicken and waffles I've ever had.
Only the second time I've eaten chicken and waffles mind you.
But damn good - new favourite spot.
Wonderful little restaurant. From the outside it looks forgettable, but the inside is cozy and the service is so nice. I, personally, have only been twice, but I know individuals who have been going for years. From them iāve heard the breakfast is the usual stuff youāll find at diners, but the lunch is where the owner, Linda, culinary skills truly shine. Donāt ever turn down the free soup of the day, itās a small cup but it leaves an impression.

I love this place. First their coffee is surprisingly really well balanced. Their shellfish bisque was superb. Super umami. And their pancake would be probably top 5 I ever had (top one still the ricotta pancake at the B and B at the Virginia beach ). The braised short ribs benny was great also.
Great good - I had the breakfast sandwich and the strawberry rhubarb pie and both really hit the spot. Food came out quick and my coffee cup was never empty. Friendly folks in an unassuming exterior. Would highly recommend for breakfast, best in the area! The atmosphere is very casual, friendly, and cozy
Good diner style restaurant
Must come visit again, in love with food and services.
