Had a lovely experience at this tea shop! The owners are incredibly welcoming and friendly, and have a deep knowledge of tea. Dominic led us on an impromptu tea tasting to share his passion and knowledge of multiple teas with my partner and I. Based on his excellent recommendations, we walked out with a lovely oolong, jasmine, and osmanthus floral tea. Even if you're not experienced in tea, I recommend going to learn more. We will undoubtably be back with friends to enjoy and buy more tea soon!

This is by far the best tea store I have ever visited in Vancouver. I had been recommended this tea store by a colleague and had been meaning to try it out for ages before I did, and the second I stepped inside I wish I had done that sooner. We were greeted by the aunty who runs the store and she patiently pulled out the many many teas which I was curious about. They were all amazing. I settled on getting the mandarin loose leaf pu'er tea, the milky oolong tea, and a pu'er cake of some fantastic smelling white tea. They also run a tea appreciation class which I did not attend, but will definitely be back for (they let you book these online). If you're looking for great teas, stellar recommendations, and the friendliest and cozy experience, do visit Aroma Tea House.

I visited Aroma Tea House with my partner after passing by the shop many times. The moment we stepped inside, we were immediately welcomed like good friends, and the knowledgeable owner took great care of us. They taught us about their techniques, let us smell and taste many different types of tea, and finally made excellent recommendations based on our feedback. They didn't pressure us into a purchase, but their passion about tea made us excited enough to buy about 5 different varieties and the piao i tea pot. In the end, they asked for our names, gave us a free sample of puerh from a sentimental year, and told us to come back with feedback for the teas we bought.
If you're looking for a tea shop in Vancouver, this is a great option. Regardless of if you are new to tea or if you are more seasoned, they will treat you like family, and you will walk away with renewed passion and excitement. I highly recommend you check out this shop!

This tea shop is super cute. They have a large selection of pu’er tea. We did the tea experience and they managed to get my partner to love pu’er tea! The tea experience was really great he takes his time to explain each type of tea and the process around them. We were particularly interested in the roasting process and how it differers depending on the tea. It was a really unique experience, to have someone with such deep knowledge serving you tea. Highly recommend. We ended up buying a 10 year old tea cake, it is delicious.
