Took my staff here a while ago, the staff at the restaurant were great.
Food is fresh. Few people had allergies and the kitchen was able to accommodate everyone.
Just came in the other day with my family and it was a great experience.

Love the food here. I ate my food to fast and never took a photo for this post.
The staff are fantastic. There’s not many Italian restaurants that are owned by Italians and there’s Italian chefs in the kitchen. You can taste it in the food.
Great place for staff parties, family gatherings, place to grab a bite with friends.
Highly recommended this place.

The service was very friendly but slow, they served several others whom arrived after us before we got our food. The food was delicious but the portions were tiny. They gave us the wrong appetizer. Then tried to tell us that was our order. I wouldn't reccomend.

I was at this place for work lunch. The location is perfect and ambiance is really good pleasant the people are very knowledgable about the menu and they also explained about the special soup and pasta of the day. They help us to choose the menu and also to modify my dish by adding chicken. Food was good.

We stopped in for dinner after a busy day touring Vancouver. We made the right choice! The food was excellent and the server was attentive and friendly. It was busy, but the atmosphere was great! Great Italian food in Little Italy!

Wait time was way too long, got my order hella wrong. I originally tried calling to place a pickup order but was put on hold for 10 whole minutes, i gave up and tried ordering a pickup through doordash cause y’all don’t use uber eats or skip. At first i was told that my order would take 25-35 minutes and that was perfect for my plans, after 20 minutes i got a notification that my order would now need an additional hour before pickup. By that point i had already arrived early at the restaurant (i was fine to wait outside for 30 mins prior to the notification), i went inside and asked the host about the order and if there was a chance they could rush it a lil, i was told that the 4 tables with food and the 3 with drinks needed to be prioritized before any pickup and delivery orders and that there was nothing y’all could do. Came back later to grab my food and then got home to eat (i had ordered the Petti Di Pollo Alla Griglia with potatoes and pasta with cream sauce); my box was twice the size of the other meals in the box but it weighed less in my hand. The chicken was so thin and dry, they gave me veggies AND
the pasta with cream sauce which confused the hell out of me, and the sauce wasn’t even mixed well before it was heated, like it was powdery before i put the sprinkly cheese on it, it wasn’t even curdling it was just gritty. Also the “veggies” were 5 total reheated peas and carrots. The meal was miserable. I got the vibe that the whole thing wasn’t being managed well.

Our staff went out for dinner last night for the first time at your establishment. The staff was amazing but took a back seat to the ridiculous over the top food!! No one left hungry and if we could leave a 10 star we would. Already planning our next visit. Thank you. To all the staff and ownership

My friends and I called to place a pick-up order, we were on hold for 10 minutes and then the call dropped and we weren't able to get through. We ordered through doordash and the food took over an hour, ill made and bad portions, missed parts of the order and was just awful service. I would never go back again.

On Saturday, September 13, I brought friends who were visiting Vancouver to this restaurant, which I had carefully chosen for them. We were seated at 8:00, and we placed our order within about 15 minutes. However, the two appetizers only arrived at 9:00, and the main dishes didn’t come until 45 minutes later. During this long wait, not a single waitress came to explain the delay. After finishing the appetizers, we naturally assumed the mains would follow soon, but nothing came. I finally couldn’t hold back and asked a waitress, only to be told—very indifferently—that the kitchen was busy preparing food for another large table. That was it—no apology at all. Honestly, who would find it acceptable to wait 1.5 hours for food? I really hope the restaurant manager can give us an explanation.

Fabulous food, fabulous staff, fabulous ambiance! We will be back for sure. This is now our go-to Italian home away from home. Thank you Nikki and Chico and staff for a fabulous evening.

What a terrific experience dining at Arriva Ristorante. We were hosted by Nikki and Chico on a Sunday night, and they made our stay so enjoyable. They were attentive and engaging and knew how to suggest both food and drinks based on our feedback. . The food is delicious, nicely prepared, the portions are excellent, well priced and a joy to eat in a very inviting atmosphere. We like that the wine menu uses labels; it makes identifying the right wine fun and easy. They clearly enjoy creating a good dining experience for their patrons.
You need to come here to enjoy the wonderful Italian cuisine and welcoming atmosphere. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Service was slow, drinks were bad (my wife’s sangria had too much booze added, my white wine was almost vinagre), and food was terribly expensive for what we got. Buffalo mozarella served on tomato “slices” over an inch thick, spaghetti with vongole that tasted like cardboard and a daily “special” mushroom ravioli that looked as if someone had stepped on them, sadly the taste was just as bad.
This restaurant feels like the equivalent of eating canned spaghetti, even worse because it’s right in the middle of the Italian neighborhood.
What a waste of money this was. Never coming back.

Had a sad experience here with my girlfriend, the young lady refilling the water and doing the Parmesan and Pepper did a great Job, sadly our female Waitress did a bad job. Rarely had such a bad service. We were there for almost 2 hours waited over 30 minutes for starters even though the restaurant was completely empty, waited over 35 minutes for the bill, our waitress not even once looked after us. All the work was done by the Water Lady/ Food Runner Lady.
Rarely I had such a bad experience and I eat out a lot. The waitress never looked after us, that’s why I only tipped 2$. Felt disrespected.

The service was excellent — the staff were attentive and very friendly. Almost every dish we ordered was delicious and well-prepared. The atmosphere of the restaurant was relaxed and comfortable, making it a pleasant place to dine. It was a bit too warm inside, but overall, we had a great experience. Would definitely come back again!
