Staff were friendly; the person interacting with me was eager to help. But both employees seemed undertrained, inexperienced, and lacked confidence. The management needs to be aware of providing better support for staff. Pizza wasn’t bad, but both staff had issues hearing my orders, making the whole ordering process somewhat sketchy (like they just opened a day ago). There were other subtle issues with ingredients placed on the pizza, bit that’s not the main concern at this time. Ordering online should provide a more seamless experience.

I decided to try this place out based on the fact that a salad was $14 no matter how many toppings you ordered. I like to build-my-own whatever I'm eating, so this was perfect for me. They have a good selection of green bases to choose from and the topping choices are fantastic! It's not just cut up produce, but they have things like roasted root veggies, roasted veggies, curry cauliflower, pico de gallo, roasted/grilled onions etc. Also a good selection of cheese and a protein. You can even add a very generous scoop of avocado to your salad included in the price which is rare. They have so many different house-made dressing options too. Overall I loved my salad and I'll be back for sure. The staff at this location was really friendly too.
Not worth 7 bucks. Too small. There personal pizza is equivalent to 1 XL slice. And the whole base was soggy except from sides.

A friend ordered us two pizzas the other day and while the taste was ok, I couldn't get over two things. I've never gone here before but not sure if I intend to go back. I got the Margherita which was $14 and it was more or less the size of any standard size medium pizza but it was super thin crust. For $14 it was pricey for the amount that you get and while I understand a Margherita pizza generally doesn't come with very much in the first place, it was a hefty price nonetheless and I was still left unsatisfied afterwards. My biggest issue was that on the paper that the pizza is placed on also comes with a sticker written with the customers name on it in Sharpie. The problem with that is that the sharpie ink transferred ONTO the pizza itself. The pizza COMES IN A BOX! I don't understand why the sticker isn't put on the outside of the box where it isn't touching the food. Please reconsider how you guys intend on labelling your food for customers.

I was in the Hastings location for lunch today at noon and had a very disappointing experience. A colleague and I ordered pizzas about noon and, almost 20 minutes later, we left with my order. Now, 20 minutes may not seem like much, except for this... Once again, I watched 10+ mobile orders get filled before ours even though they came in AFTER ours. Our frustrations grew as we watched staff continually move our orders to the back of the line, not once or twice, but 3 times. They do this while we are standing there watching and waiting. Adding to this, in person orders placed AFTER us, were served before we were.

The pizza is here is really good. The only missing ingredient competitors have is Gorgonzola cheese. :(

Pizza was very good. The variation of fresh Toppings is overwhelming. But the staff seemed nervous and unexperienced. 3 out of 4 pizzas were burned on the side and they didn't manage to remember I ordered a finished Pepperoni Pizza. Instead I had to choose everything for my own.
