Hopefully this description makes sense: AT Cafe is like being in Asia and going to a Western brunch cafe.
Big menu with brunch classics like pancakes, eggs benny, sandwiches. Anything with waffles is a must try here — the special part is it’s a croissant-waffle so extra yummy. There are also Asian cafe dishes on the menu like ube drinks, BBT, curry, miso soup. Food was fresh, not greasy, overall vibe it was a clean and homey cafe.
We are actually attempting to go to The Story Cafe in Richmond for brunch, but the lineup was too long so we were very happy to have stumbled upon AT café instead. It’s tough to find a brunch spot in Marpole, coming back to Vancouver from Richmond, I will keep them in mind to return to next time we are in the area around brunch or lunchtime.

AT Café is a true gem! Their breakfast and lunch menu has something for everyone, with a great mix of classics and creative Asian-fusion dishes. The udon with tuna was a standout - fresh, flavorful, and healthy. I also love that Abby proudly feature her plain waffles, such a nice local desert touch.
Huge shout-out to the family owners, Abby and her brother, who manage and run this place. You can feel their energy and passion in every detail, from the food to the service. And by the way, they make one hell of a good latte.
If I could suggest one small improvement — a little design touch and better ventilation in the space would make the experience even more enjoyable. Keep up the amazing work, guys! Xie xie!

A very low key local diner with excellent food. The atmosphere is excellent, very clean with an uncluttered layout. Their prices are very reasonable for this kind of place. Their service was initially good, and the food arrived quickly and was hot. However after the food arrived no one checked on my progress and my coffee cup was left empty for a long time. It wasn’t until they cleared my plate that someone thought to ask if I wanted more coffee.
My experience with the service (or lack thereof) may be a one off, however the food and atmosphere could not have been better. And the coffee (when it arrived) was excellent.
I recommend this place, and will return. Be advised that parking in this area can be a challenge.

I had a cheese omelette dish and coffee. Cheese omelette was good and quite big portion. Coffee tasted ok and was refill free but no one came to offer that since this place was super busy. The tissue and soap in the bathroom were out. I kind a think maybe they were short staffed as it was long weekend.

We had the garlic cheese craffle 10/10 recommend SO GOOD. Also got a half sweet london fog. We didn’t stay in as the atmosphere seemed a bit dead but might have been because it was close to closing time. Will be back!

Great place for weekly brunch. No frills but quality and considerate presentation of meals. You will have to wait as this place is popular during brunch hours on the weekend, but the service and politeness of the servers more than makes up for this. One thing I appreciated was the Eggs Benedict I ordered did not come slathered in hollandaise sauce. It was proportional and therefore added to the other flavours of the meal. My partner is vegetarian and we liked that there were more than one or two vegetarian options for him to choose from. In fact there were several really great vegetarian options depending on how hungry you are. We will be visiting this place again and have added it to our “great picks” list.
