We came out of town from Roberts Creek,BC. Had a great family valentine's date with my wife and 4 year old daughter! Service was great, my daughter loved Lucy the Robot waitress and the Human Waitress was even better! Music was insanely good very talented musicians. Will be back when we visit the city again! Thank you for a great experience!!

Thank you for supporting the vegan meetup at your restaurant on Thursday Feb. 5th. There was a very affordable delicious vegan buffet. I appreciated the meal, atmosphere and conversation. This was the first time at Axum - next time want to check out the robot and other dishes. I have tried to make the Teff injera, not very palatable so totally impressed. Also knowing how it is challenging to keep a restaurant going in this city and to give the meetup such a good deal - thank you!

The food is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the vegetarian combo, which is so good I haven't felt compelled to even explore the menu further. Small family owned restaurant run by very friendly people, and a quirky robot waiter to help out. The only downside is its location on a loud busy road fairly hostile to pedestrians and cyclists, so there is zero foot traffic which somewhat kills the atmosphere of the place. I wish they'd relocate someplace where they would get better recognition for how good they are. But I'll keep coming back, for the amazing food.
