Stopped in for pick up. Phad Thai is bland and only a few crumbles of peanut. Zero sprouts or lime or anything that usually comes with a Phad Thai. Papaya salad was small and it had heat but not much else for flavor. Disappointed. They were very friendly at the counter but the food was meh at best.

Literally the best pad Thai I've ever had in my life outside of the streets of Thailand (also very different).Very friendly and efficient service. And, at least 20% less than any other Thai

Best Thai restaurant in Vancouver. Authentic flavours, broad menu. Deft hand with spices. Our go to for Thai when we miss The Land of Smiles.A great neighborhood spot!

I ordered a soup. The chicken smelled bad that I tasted the first spoon and couldn’t eat anymore. I don’t recommend this place

Might just be my personal preference. I found the green curry chicken a bit watery (was looking for a more creamy texture). Bowl of rice is kinda pricey since curry does not come with rice already. Chicken Satay is alright but i still prefer a more grilled skewer.Again it is my personal preference and I probably ordered the wrong items. It’s still a kerrisdale 3.

Such a joy! My first time here and it was so wonderful, plus the food we ordered is very delicious! I ordered the Masamun Curry Chicken with rice. (Yum!) So good, I promise, you will LOVE it! The service was excellent, they were very kind and it made the whole experience pleasant! High recommend! I hope to visit again before the end of our trip in Vancouver!
A cozy little place with nice service and friendly atmosphere. The food, however, is quite average. Pad Thai was one note and inauthentic in terms of seasoning and condiments. I counted 4 prawns on my plate in total and the rest was just a clump of sauced noodle. It was hard to justify the pricing for what you get. Maybe it was an off day because other reviews seem to love this place. Personally, there are places with better food out there.

I've had my fair share of food in Vancouver, and I'm pretty critical. So when I say I love baan wasana, I mean it. I actually have dreams about their pad thai, green curry, and eggplant <3

I went a few times, the food was good. But my wife went today and there is a piece of steel ball used for washing dishes in her meal. This is disgusting, she might get food poison from it if she didn't notice it. We wont go this restaurant anymore. Be careful if you eat there.

The most authentic Thai restaurant in Vancouver to-date. This is owned and run by a family from Chiang Mai. Every time we come here, this brings us back to our days in Asia and trips in Thailand. A GEM.

The best Thai in Vancouver- or at least till I come across another. Ordered the spring roles, pad kee mao and chicken cashew stir fry - Spice level 2 on a scale of 5 - had tried 3 the last time and felt the burn - fyi - I’m equipped to manage medium when it comes to Indian food. The food was bursting with flavours and I could hear - umms all around.3 dishes cost about 50 bucks including tips. Perfect quantity for 2 hungry thirty year olds (gluttons shall be disappointed with the quantity)
