Good ambience, great service. Rich furniture textures and colors and warm lighting. Went for brunch, and the options were good overall. I got the French toast and it was pretty decent, though the cherry compote felt more like jam than anything, which was a bit disappointing. Coffee was pricey, at $8/person, but they leave the carafe with you. Recommended overall!

Horrible experience today for brunch. We ordered the Eggs Benedict and they completely overcooked the eggs. That’s fine, let’s check on the guest after the dish is delivered and fix it. Nope, the server came after 15-20 min even after we asked the runner to ask her to come back after the fish was delivered. So what was their solution? They offered to replace the eggs after my wife had already most of the dish. For the price you pay here, this dish should have been comped. We love coming here but this will likely be our last time!

rushed out... barely finished our meal....which was minimal and uninspiring... tiniest petit fours ever... bits of cake... wonder what we paid for such.... authentic recipe for petit fours not understood or researched... over $600 for 4 people... shameful.

I recently visited this restaurant for the first time, and I was initially very excited. The decor and interior looked stunning from the outside, and I had high hopes for the dining experience. Unfortunately, I left feeling quite disappointed.

The food was decent but not exceptional. I particularly enjoyed the oysters as a starter—they were creamy and had a rich flavor. However, the main course, which featured lamb, was somewhat dry and lacked depth of flavor. For dessert, the sticky toffee pudding had a strong and distinctive flavor that I can see others appreciating, but it just wasn’t to my taste.

What truly let me down was the service. The server lacked warmth and didn’t even smile, which made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. At the end of the meal, a lady spoke to me, but I’m unsure if she was the manager or the coat attendant. Either way, the interaction felt insincere, as if her words were just for show rather than genuine concern.

We had the most awful experience. The receptionist and the waitress who served us had terrible attitude. The food and ambiance are great but the service was disappointing. The server and the receptionist on duty on Christmas Eve around 8:30pm were just awful, they were snobby and haughty. The service that we received from the receptionist (the one who had her hair down on duty during Christmas Eve 2024) and the waitress who served us that evening were just horrible and not at par with the service that other five star restaurants we go to like Le Crocodile, Giardino, Five Sails and Blue Water provides. Please change your servers and receptionist. Horrible! Just read the other review from Mr. Rowe. We had the same horrible experience from the staff — haughty, snobby, zero service skills! We are not after freebies. We just want the owner to know this. Please read other reviews. Even the doormen have attitude. The Filipino doorman/guy has an attitude. The other Caucasian guy on duty during Christmas Eve December 24 at 8:30pm also has bad attitude. Please train them better or hire others who are more service oriented. The food and ambiance are great but the service is just awful. I wrote an email to Ms. Jackson. She needs to know this.

10pm, we walked in for two, the hostess asked if we were in for drinks.

I said that we were here for the seafood platter (I was especially excited for the crab roll).

The hostess seemed a bit apprehensive as she looked down at our clothing and shoes. But she walked us in and sat us down.

Two drinks, a seafood platter adorned with extra oysters to make up for their crab rolls that had run out (which they did not mention until we asked about it), a tiramisu, and $200 later...

It's 3am ... My partner had to call an ambulance for me as I cried in pain because of my stomach hurting and vomiting after eating the seafood platter.. it felt like I was going to die.
Fortunately, I started feeling better before the ambulance came so it was cancelled.
I may have to go to the hospital if things take a turn for the worse again but I am hoping I can stay home and not have Christmas day ruined..

Do not order the oysters this season.

At least the ambience was nice and service was efficient.

We had the best waiter! He was so friendly and had the best stories. Just made the whole experience pleasant. We came for drinks and snacks. The holiday cocktails were nicely made and tasty. We shared some appetizers which were perfect for sharing and tasty. Meatballs and chicken thighs. Then had a dessert sampler with chocolate and cookies. All were fabulous!

I wanted to try this place because I’ve heard nothing but great reviews about the atmosphere and design.
The restaurant was so loud I couldn’t hear the waitress (who was lovely).
The music was horrible. A place that beautiful needs to play beautiful music, then maybe people wouldn’t have to yell at each other to talk.
Looks did not match the vibes, I was disappointed.
Drinks were delicious.
