Server was attentive, but execution was largely poor due to long bill times preparing the order, food being served only 3 dishes at a time for a large party of 8 (creating a very awkward and disjointed dining experience), and a long time to process the bill for the table (almost 15 minutes) despite there being numerous staff around, none of which who came to help bill the table.

Went for a team wrap up dinner. Big parties always have to be patient, it’s not easy serving groups of 35-40. That being said It was understaffed and the service was poor. Food was ok, prices were steep. It almost took an hour to get my bill and settle the check.

Since this changed to Bae-side, it’s now tacky and the service is awful. To be fair the main waiter was very nice, but about 4-5 other people were also serving us and kept bringing out the wrong or random other drinks and food, or not bringing water, taking away water glasses. It was a bit of a mess. The drinks are WAY overpriced for what they’re serving. Spinach & artichoke dip is still good though.

A special shoutout to our server, Abby, who was so delightful and attentive throughout the evening. She made sure we were comfortable, checked in at just the right times, and truly made our date night feel extra special. Her warm and friendly energy made the whole experience even better.

Unfortunately, the service really missed the mark.
Within 10 seconds of being seated — before we had even taken off our jackets or had menus in front of us — our server approached and asked, “What can I get for you?” There was no introduction, no greeting, and no indication he’d be taking care of us. We politely said we were still looking, and he walked away without much acknowledgment.
When it came time to order, I specifically asked how the steaks were. Instead of answering my question, he didn’t seem to register it and immediately suggested the beef kebab. It felt like he wasn’t listening at all.
Shortly after, the host came by and asked how we were doing. We said we were good, and she responded with, “Are you sure?” — then just stood there smiling awkwardly. It was uncomfortable and unnecessary.
We also witnessed questionable food handling at the table behind us. A food runner brought their dishes while the guests were in the washroom. Instead of waiting, the server instructed them to leave the food on the table. The plates sat there for about five minutes before being taken away. When the couple returned and were eventually served, the woman mentioned that Tobasco sauce had been spilled all over her food. That whole situation was handled very poorly.
Our food itself was alright, nothing memorable, and we ended up leaving after about 40 minutes.
Overall, the service felt rushed, inattentive, and unprofessional, which really impacted the experience.

We went there for Valentines. Even though the reservations had been made 2 weeks in advance. They at first changed it to one hour later the same day without informing us so when we got a notification we called them and they said they were not aware that so many reservations would be made so they had to move some. After telling them that we had already booked way in advance so it makes no sense to change it the day of. They eventually changed it back. When we got there. The parking was very very limited so that was a huge hassle. When we ordered Calamari. It was undercooked and quite chewy. We had it sent back. Our server Kashish was really nice and accomodating and she took it off our bill. We also ordered fish and chips again the meat seemed very undercooked and below average. The lamb chops were okay and so were the dumplings. The drinks were great- we tried the kachi ambi and the lavender one ( i dont remember the name). The service was good too. Overall the restaurant ambience was good but the food really disappointed us.
