In a week I visited Baja Racing three times because I really like the food but last time I was there I order nachos and they came with mayonnaise instead sour cream… when I asked about why mayonnaise they said there was no sour cream. Of course I would prefer not putting anything at all, if you don’t have one ingredient please ask if people would like something else instead.

I ask if they could change them because honestly it tasted terrible with the mayonnaise...

I have now been at this place twice. The first time was May 23rd. I have driven by this play for about a couple of years and decided to give it a try. When you first walk in you wait and wait for someone to tell you where you can sit. The staff see you but lack to acknowledge you....so you wait or get someone's attention. Once you get seated, you wait and wait again for someone to come to your table. I had to stop someone and ask for a menu, which then one of the servers...
