Great family fun business with decent prices and great sandwiches. It's very very good balance between value and price. Highly recommended as a long term quick bite location.

The baguette bread is flakey, warm, and fresh. They give you a generous amount of ingredients in your sandwich with lots of chicken. I got two sandwiches for only $15 and they accept debit!

The special bánh mì here is delicious—packed with pâté and meats just like authentic Vietnamese sandwiches should be. In addition to bánh mì, the shop also offers various deli items at reasonable prices. The owner is friendly and attentive, and parking is available on the right side of the building.
I’ll definitely come back to try their other bánh mì options!

I must say I’m a bit disappointed. I’ve gone twice. The first time I wanted to try their pork belly banh mi to compare it to the excellent banh mi place next door (Kingsway Deli) and was disappointed with the texture of the meat and the proportions of the toppings. Second time, I went because the other place was closed already. I wanted to try a different one and was asking for a recommendation, but the lady does not speak much English, which is OK, so she called her son(?) for help. I asked him but he wasn’t very friendly about it. He just said “1” and moved on. I also tried to ask him later what kind of desserts they have, to which he pointed to where they were. I asked him if he could tell me what they are, as I’m not familiar with them and they don’t have a label but he clearly wasn’t in the mood to help me out much. Maybe he was tired because it was past 7pm, which I understand, but yeah the energy wasn’t welcoming. Then the banh mi (no1) wasn’t great. On a positive note though, the prices are good. However, I’m afraid I won’t be going again.

My mother in law has been craving for Banh Beo for awhile. Finally checked out this place since we were next door anyways. Ordered a banh mi $8 and a banh beo $13. It was very good 👍. Guess we gonna come back here again.

What a great spot! I used to go to the previous place, Tung Hing Bakery, and I’m happy I decided to stop by on a whim. The ladies here really know their food! The food looks delicious, and the space is clean, bright, and welcoming. I tried their banh mi and loved the combination of the crisp bread with the shredded pork and pork skin filling.

This place makes great banh mi sandwiches - bread is soft and light with a perfect crust, quality fillings, and good size… for only about $8 CAD! I ate here once randomly on the way out of town, then couldn’t find it again on later trips, and now just re-discovered it a year later!
This place has been here for a while. Their banh mi are delicious, the crust is crispy as they toast it some more after filling it and lots of filling. Consistent quality.
Prices are reasonable, there is street parking and a very small parking lot ( 2-3 spots).
They also have other items and drinks but I didn't get anything else today. Will be back to try other items.

I love this place - BEST bánh mì EVER!!!!
I wish I lived near by, as I'd totally come here everyday for their food (and ingredients to make my own food at home). Everything is chef's kisses!!! You really can't go wrong with anything. Price is great for the quality and quality of food you get. Truly a gem.
As an introvert who isn't Viet, I actually appreciate that they don't really communicate much with you. You go in, figure out what you want, order, wait, pay, and enjoy heaven in your mouth/stomach.
