Have been eating here for years. Red bean steam bun is my go to. Also highly recommend Ube Steamed bun (purple sweet potato), coffee bun, and cheese and wiener bun. I love the food here.

Bao Bakery is a must visit kind of place. The coffee buns are incredible. The siu mai is the best I've had in Vancouver, the bao is also the best anywhere. Everything is delicious.

Good selection of items the lattes are also quite good but sometimes inconsistent. The service is usually quite fast and the guy was helpful to explain the different drinks, will be back to try the oolong oat latte.
