Was there last week for wing night and it was great food, and great prices. But the service was slow and sporadic. Their wing night deal is great and delicious, but sometimes went over 15-20minutes with empty glasses trying to get someone's attention.

I was literally sitting for 30 mins before my order was even taken. The server said she was slammed, but there were only about 12 people sitting in the lounge area. Adding insult to injury 3 people sat down after me and were served promptly by the other servee. My server had actually waited on the the table beside me 4 times. Instead of simply apologizing I heard excuses. Aside from this experience my other visits were positive.
I'm still watching the game and I'm hopeful that things will improve.

Such a nice looking Denny’s! The bar side is such a different vibe from the Denny’s side. Food comes out quick and the service is always great.

Katie was our server this weekend and she was so great! went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and satisfied. Would come back again just to have her serve me!
Service good, food not so much. Had the chicken wings and they had a odd taste (fishy) sure didn't taste like salt and pepper wings at Earl's. But then again Earl's has the best wings in Van. City. I would try again if they tasted like chicken and were bigger with more meat.😔

I was served by a dish of wings by a very nice lady named Arantxa tonight. The staff here are always quick , attentive ,welcoming and polite. The wings were excellent and generous in their serving size . I have told many friends about the positive experience I have on a regular basis at Bar One. Whether it's Arantxa, Victoria, or any of the other staff , whose names I don't have at the moment . Credit where credit is due... The food and service make for a good meal.

Tried Bar One for lunch today, and our server Katie was excellent. She recommended the Power Bowl and the Jalapeño Burger, and we ordered both. Although it was busy, food and service were great. Will be back!
